Our 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa is located on the second floor of building four and was recently renovated with all the comforts of home. This unit sleeps 6 guests comfortably. The Master bedroom is equipped with its own bath and a queen size bed, TV/DVD/VCR; the 2nd bedroom has 2-twin size beds with its own TV/DVD/VCR; This unit also offers a sleeper sofa in the living area along with its own TV/DVD. All bed linens, bath towels and soap supplies are included!
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pot & pans, blender, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and all the other necessities needed for in-house cooking. Don't want to eat in? There are picnic tables and charcoal grills for your outdoor pleasure. There is also an on-site convenience store/deli located in building one directly next to the pool. The deli offers an internet café along with grilled food and supplies.
Ready to head to the beach? You'll be there in minutes when you use our newly constructed boardwalk across a scenic tidal marsh. If you would like to walk, there are no roads to cross and it's a leisurely 8 minute walk while taking in all that Mother Nature has to offer. Don't want to walk, jump on the HHR free shuttle that transports you and your family right to the beach! While on the beach, you can enjoy Coco's Cabana to see to all your needs; food, drinks, restrooms; no need to return back to the room it's all right there on the beach for your convenience.
All amenities at Hilton Head Resort are free to all guests; this includes the free beach shuttle service, lighted tennis courts, two outdoor pools, heated indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, indoor walking/jogging track, weight room facilities, and free WI-FI in building three. A bike rental service is also available for your convenience. There are also discount golf packages available in the resort office for guests of Hilton Head Resort.
We are a gated community located between Palmetto Dunes and Port Royal Plantation at mile marker #7 on route 278.

Why the Owner Chose Hilton Head Resort
We purchased this unit as a vacation destination for both of our families and many of our friends. We recently decided to open it to the outside world so many other people could enjoy a reasonably priced vacation on a beautiful island in a very family oriented resort.

This property is family owned and operated by Jim Neely and Tom Fesemyer. We are both teachers in the state of Ohio and really enjoyed Hilton Head Island while vacationing there years ago. Our goal is to offer a quality, low priced vacation to families.
