The rental price includes:
- Gas, heating and electricity (up to 250KW per week extra if needed euro 0.35 p/KW to be paid at check out)
- Towels and linens changed Wednesday and Saturday.
- Maid service 03 hours the Wednesday and 03 hours the Saturday.
- Final cleaning
- Parking for 1 car ( no Van )

Bedroom #5 as extra price min. 500 max. 700 per week.

All prices are in Euro; Booking deposit: 25% of total price by Bank transfer or Credit card; Balance 60 days prior date of arrival; Breakage deposit: Euro 700, 00 (paid locally by cash or credit card) at the time of arrival. The security deposit will be refunded upon departure subject to any deductions for damage. Upon arrival at the Villa the property manager will ask you to present a copy of your passport. Check-in after 4.00 pm - check out before 10.00 am or by different arrangement.
