Villa La Nobile, is located in the heart of the historical centre of Sorrento, in a favorable position 300 mt. from the local train station, the port and the main parking areas.

This fortunate position, makes Villa La Nobile the ideal place for relaxed holidays, and offers a lot of advantages including the possibility to take tours to the main sights in Sorrento.

Its sophisticated setting and relaxed atmosphere, are ensured by the availability of 4 rooms with its private bathroom en suite, perfect in every detail and equipped with all comforts.

The wide, bright living area with 3 comfortable sofa, and marble antique fireplace, viewing the garden, will make the complete atmosphere for your pleasure.

Is a particularly high quality villa with refined fittings and luxurious bedrooms worthy of the most demanding guests, surrounded by a large, well-tended garden, full of flowers, palm trees, and Mediterranean plants. All prices are in euro;rentals are inclusive of 2 hours 3 time a week maid service and final cleaning, linen and towels, gas, water and electricity,( electricity first 250KW included in the rental price if needed euro 0.35 each KW extra) no others fees or taxes.

If the rental period is 4 night or less no cleaning during the stay( only before arrival and at departure).

Check-in after 16.00 pm - check out before 10.00 am or by arrangement.

Security deposit: Euro 700,00 (paid locally by credit card) at the time of arrival.

The security deposit will be refunded upon departure subject to any deductions for damage.
Upon arrival at the Villa, the property owner will ask you to present a copy of your passport and sign the inventory.

Parking inside the villa included in the price for only 1 car ( if you have a VAN or a SUV, parking available nearby included in the rental price), if you need to park two or more cars pubblic Parking available nearby euro 15-20 daily.

  • Bellissimo!We spent 5 wonderful nights at the Villa La Nobile. It is a beautiful property, well maintained and gorgeous grounds. The location is superb, walking distance of the train, ferry, bus, etc. It isa very spacious villa and I heartily recommend it. We had 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and the villa even has an elevator! The owner is gracious and very helpful. I look forward to returning some day!

  • Fabulous, lovely villa; an oasis in the middle of a bustling resort town. Air conditioned!! Stayed there with 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Plenty of room. Lemon trees, orange and kumquat trees on property; laundry facilities. Gracious and helpful hosts. Loved it.

  • My stay in Sorrento at the Villa was really lovely, and I think often of the lovely room and balcony with views of the sea and surrounding gardens. Anastasia I am sure your guests will be very happy with their stay there and your friendly and happy nature and helpfulness made my stay there so much more enjoyable. I would love to come back sometime to Italy, and Sorrento would be a must for me. Whenever I look at the photos of the places that I travelled to in September it makes me feel so lucky that I was able to experience it. I only hope that one day I will be able to come back! I would certainly recommend your accomodation to anyone who asked.

  • We visited with our 2 teenaged children and all found the villa to be really comfortable, clean and with everything you need for a great holiday. Anastastia was so helpful and kind to us. She has a friend who organised a boat trip to Capri. We would recommend this trip as it was wonderful. We would recommend the villa if you want a high standard of accommodation, set in a beautiful garden, and only minutes from the centre of Sorrento.There is a terrace with a view of the sea, on which we ate some meals and a gate to a secret garden! We enjoyed our stay here very much.
