The kitchen is every Chef's dream with Sub-Zero & Wolf Appliances. The dining area seats 16 comfortably. Entertaining is a breeze in this home with a more formal living area on the main level with it's unique dry bar. The downstairs living area has a large screen TV, wet-bar, & pool table. Warm up on those cold & snowy days in front of one of our three fireplaces. Take in the views from one of our three decks or just sit & relax in the hot tub! Or relax in the STEAM SHOWER!Parking is no problem with our three car garage so no time is wasted of cleaning the snow off your car!
Pick & choose from the 3 resorts in town. The Canyons is just a mile away, Park City is four miles away, & Deer Valley is five miles away. The Nordic Tracks, for all of the cross country skiers, is a few miles away as well.
Restaurants, shopping & a multi-movie theatre are located just a few minutes from the house.
If you haven't experienced a summer stay here in Park City you are definitely missing out! Step outside your door to a vast amount of golf, hiking & biking trails all within minutes of your door. Or try hovering over our beautiful city in a Hot Air Balloon.
