  Outstanding location in Sun Valley! This was our second visit to this property. Home was very comfortable and had all the amenities you will need for a memorable vacation. Kitchen is well stocked for the Chef in the family! Great home to rent on your next visit to Sun Valley!

  The beautiful vacation home located on the fairway of the ninth hole of the Elkhorn Golf Course just minutes from the hub of Sun Valley. The home is wonderfully appointed to allow the vacationer to enjoy the total experience of the area. The huge desk off the living room and dining room allows for a great view while enjoying your morning coffee in the quietness with strolling golfers or a great dinner off the BBQ while under one of the umbrellas enjoying the evening sun. This was our first time mountain biking in Sun Valley and found the trails very accessible from our vacation home. We have a new appreciation for the term “gulch”. After a great ride we enjoyed coming home and relaxing at the pool complex. We will definitely be returning for more trails as one week in Sun Valley was just a teaser. Highly recommend staying in this vacation spot on Fairway Nine.

  Four siblings and their spouses gathered in this beautiful property for a reunion that enabled everyone to do his own thing and gather back for meals and family time. Really a car was not even essential because of extensive bike and walking trails as well as a bus system. Sun Valley/Ketchum has lots to do for every persuasion, but especially the outdoor enthusiast. Pictures and descriptions adequately portrayed this property. We all agreed it was a real home, and we would love to return. In the kitchen I could have used a pie plate, mixer and blender. On second thought, I should skip dessert. Many thanks to the extremely responsive owner.

  This home is spectacular. We spent a long weekend in Sun Valley and wished it had been longer. The home is beautifully decorated, spacious and equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. We will definitely rent this home again when we next visit Sun Valley.

  We've rented this house the past two winters, and have completely enjoyed our stays. The owner is responsive and easy to deal with, the house is impeccable, and location great. Highly recommended.

  The town home was lovely, well kept, and great location in Elkhorn close to everything. Steve was responsive and personable, and made our stay a pleasure and a snap. Recommended.

  Our family of sixteen enjoyed a reunion on Fairway Nine in the two condominiums that share the same deck! We stayed in ElkHorn for one week in these two beautiful residences. Our children/grandchildren came from New York, Wyoming and California to be together with us in the Sun Valley Area. We loved our time there golfing, biking, playing board games and grilling on the deck! The week ended much too soon.....we all have wonderful memories of the summer of 2011. The weather was perfect and so were the facilities!

  We seven are a golfing group in Ketchum for a July wedding and this town home was a perfect fit for us. It is in a great location close to town. The kitchen is well equiped. It has comfortable sleeping and living/dining areas and a large deck on the golf course with mountain view. We enjoyed the golf and the pool. Sun Valley is a beautiful area. We had a good time.

  This is a wonderful unit--spacious, modern, comfortable, and a great location at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend for up to 8 individuals. Adjacent townhouse can also be rented from the same owner for larger groups.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

  Owner response: 4 bedrooms including a master suite and minimaster suite. 3 flat screen TVs. Completely remodeled and well furnished. Fantastic location for all seasons.
