A Wonderful Week on Fairway Nine

Our family of sixteen enjoyed a reunion on Fairway Nine in the two condominiums that share the same deck! We stayed in ElkHorn for one week in these two beautiful residences. Our children/grandchildren came from New York, Wyoming and California to be together with us in the Sun Valley Area. We loved our time there golfing, biking, playing board games and grilling on the deck! The week ended much too soon.....we all have wonderful memories of the summer of 2011. The weather was perfect and so were the facilities!

Perfect Fit

We seven are a golfing group in Ketchum for a July wedding and this town home was a perfect fit for us. It is in a great location close to town. The kitchen is well equiped. It has comfortable sleeping and living/dining areas and a large deck on the golf course with mountain view. We enjoyed the golf and the pool. Sun Valley is a beautiful area. We had a good time.

This is a wonderful unit--spacious, modern, comfortable, and a great location at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend for up to 8 individuals. Adjacent townhouse can also be rented from the same owner for larger groups.

Owner response:4 bedrooms including a master suite and minimaster suite. 3 flat screen TVs. Completely remodeled and well furnished. Fantastic location for all seasons.

We really enjoyed our stay. The town home was very spacious and well appointed. We were in town for a wedding and we had events in Ketchum, Hailey and Sun Valley. It was so easy to get to all of our events with our location. My sister's family and my parents stayed in the unit next door and the shared patio was a great benefit with lovely views.

Summer Stay

Terrific location. Very well appointed. 4BR, all spacious. Right on the golf course with access to two great pool areas. If you have not been to Sun Valley you don't know what you are missing. Unlike any other western ski area. Much less developed and very unique. We have been to most of the other major areas and SV outshines them all.

We were a group of six and totally enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, beautifully decorated home. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook any gourmet dinner of your desire. The deck was lovely, comfortable, with a pretty view of the golf course and mountains. The rooms and bathrooms were great for all 3 couples. Super location! Our experience was very enjoyable and we would love to return to this beautiful home.

This is an exceptional property that our 6 person group absolutely loved. It was even better than advertised. It has all that we needed and wanted to make our stay enjoyable, and more. The kitchen was used every day and we lacked for nothing. The breakfast nook was a great place every night for our card playing entertainment. The location on the 9th hole at Elkhorn GC was cozy with an excellent view from the really nicely done deck. We grilled steaks outside on the grass grill, and the dining room was the perfect place to eat them. The location is close to Sun Valley and easy to get to. Instructions were exact and getting settled was no problem. Our group may book this venue again for a return trip!

5oth Wedding Anniversary Gathering

We rented both townhomes to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our entire immediate family, which numbers 13, with ages from 10 years to 71 years. Both of the homes were very clean and nicely appointed. There was room for everyone. The weather was fantastic and we had meals on the decks the whole week. The activities are unlimited with bike riding, hiking up Dollar Mountain, riding the tram on Mount Baldy, horseback riding, golf, tennis and swimming to name a few. Everyone had a great time and we highly reommend these townhomes. The owner is easy to work with and very accommodating.

Our family travels to Sun Valley 3-4 times a year. The accommadations were outstanding! Gourmet kitchen and wonderful furnishings through out the home. Ideal location and plenty to do for kids. We can't wait to come back this winter!

Daughter's Wedding

We rented both townhomes for my daughter's wedding at Elkhorn Springs. Homes were just as described and pictured on the internet. Both homes were clean and well decorated. Location was great. Some guest play golf on the fantastic Elkhorn course and others used the heated pool. The owner was excellant to work with and quick to answer all questions. Check in and out was easy. The large deck was perfect for Sunday Brunch. We have been traveling to Sun Valley for 25 years and this is one of the nicest places we have stayed. I would recommed this townhome to family and friends.

A very well furnished, upscale quality and comfortable unit. We stayed with 4 adults and 4 kids very comfortably. Perfect location in the sun valley area, quiet and accessible to everything. Only issues were that heat wasn't distributed evenly leaving the front upstairs bedrooms colder than rest of house. We also had issues with getting hot water in one of the bathrooms. Kitchen had perfect set up with every appliance or accessory we would need, and the numerous places for dinning and socializing were very appreciated.

Our family just returned from staying in 4396 Fairway Nine. What a fabulous location and a beautiful townhome! We had 6 adults and 1 toddler with us. There was plenty of space for all of us. The condo is nicely decorated and well appointed - we especially enjoyed sitting out on the deck and enjoying the peace and quiet. Would definitely rent again and would highly recommend. Very nice owner that is easy to work with. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Had a fantastic time in the townhome on Fairway Nine. The owner shows attention to detail and top quality in decorating, appliances, furnishings, etc. The location is excellent as well, and we enjoyed being on the golf course & just steps away from the pool. Would definitely rent again!

My husband has been coming to Sun Valley for nearly 30 years, and I have come with him for the last 10 years. Neither he nor I ever remember renting such a lovely spot in Sun Valley as this condo! I almost hate to say so, as it will surely limit the condo's availability for our future vacations. We will certainly attempt to rent it again, in hopes that the owner will be willing to share this lovely place with our family once again!

We were there at the end of June 09. This is a great place. We had 4 adults and 4 smaller children. They loved the spaciousness of the home and pools. Our entire group, consisting of six adults, really enjoyed our stay at this Fairway Nine townhome in June 2009. The layout of the home is terrific; the appointments excellent; the presentation and cleanliness of the unit wonderful. Our accommodations could not have been better. On any future trips to Sun Valley/Ketchum, we would return to this home without hesitation.

Our family really enjoyed staying in this unit in the 1st week of March, 2009. Whole place was well-maintained, clean, spacious for 5 adults and 3 children, all appliances and amenities were in good shape and worked well, swimming pool and sauna facility in the condo were excellent. Location was just perfect. And the owner was easy to reach and very pleasant to talk with any questions. We will definitely consider renting it again when we come to Sun Valley in the future. We had a wonderful stay in this condo in February of 2009. The snow was very good and a condo suited our needs perfectly. With 4 bedrooms, den, large living room and ample size kitchen, 4 adult males had lots of space. The 3 flat screen displays allowed ESPN (or the weather channel) to keep us all up-to-date on the important news of the day. I would highly recommend this place for skiers. (We might be back for some flyfishing!)

Our family loved staying in this home. When we walked in we were estatic at how beautiful the home was and how well it was decorated. There were 4 adults and 3 young children. The home was comfortable for the kids and great to entertain. The location was perfect close to Dollar and all of the action. The grocery store in Elkhorn has everthing you would need. I could go on and on, comfortable bedrooms, great mud room for all the ski gear, huge deck and 3 plasma TV's, they thought of everything. Thank you again for a perfect place to stay.
