Painted Porch Cottage is a year-round, garden style cottage in residential Lakeside, Michigan. The cottage sleeps up to six people with two bedrooms and one bathroom (one queen, two doubles) and acommodates two cars. Other amenities include an outdoor shower, a charcoal BBQ, a small screened porch and a patio with picnic table.
Fully furnished and equipped, the cottage is two short blocks from a private, sandy beach on Lake Michigan (many stairs downto beach). While a few conveniences are nearby - upscale home furnishings, upscale coffee & deli, and a restaurant - the hustle & bustle of downtown New Buffalo is five miles away. Antique shops are all up and down the main road running thru the area. Children welcome!
NO Pets. NO smoking. Minors must be accompanied by adults. Security deposit checks will be cashed. Beach towels not provided. The cottage is a duplexed house and the owners often stay in second unit.
