The apartment has been completely remodeled by a designer and architect with no detail spared. You will see the results of every corner of the apartment – from the 20 foot windows, the extended balcony with views of the Eiffel Tower to the luxurious bathroom with the finest furnishings. Everything is new.

Upon entering, you notice 20 foot dramatic front windows that stretch up and over into the ceiling. There is abundant natural light throughout the apartment. There are 4 access points to the balcony which surrounds the apartment.
You can start your day with breakfast on the balcony overlooking the Eiffel Tower. You have plenty of room to relax on the Cassina couch with table.
Open American style kitchen extending from the Living room with all integrated Seimens appliances. There is a dining table separating the kitchen from the living room.
Private and separated by the hallway, the master bedroom features an American queen size bed with its own bathroom including antique bathtub surrounded by modern amenities. French doors open onto the bedroom terrace with its own table and chairs.
A sleek staircase leads you upstairs where you find the relaxing and sleeping mezzanine with a rounded railing, hardwood floors. The private area features a queen size futon, which can sleep 2 guests.
2 Bathrooms: The master bathroom is spacious with a full bath and shower with a high end glass door. There is abundant space, mirrors and light in the master bathroom. There is a toilet and sink in the extra bathroom.
