Just finished updating..new flooring, bathroom, kitchen, etc. The property has a queen size bed in one bedroom, and a bunk bed in the other (twin over twin).
The property is located in the 1100 block of ocean blvd. That is just a short 3 block walk to the center of topsail beach. There you will find a convenience store, shops, restaurants, miniature golf, and the fishing pier.
Sit in the rocking chairs on the large covered oceanfront deck.
Topsail Beach is a family friendly beach. The beach is clean and never crowded. Very peaceful beach, with friendly people everywhere.

Couldn't have asked for a better vacation! This was the perfect place for my husband and I and our 2 kids (7 & 4yrs old). Everything was as described in the listing, and Greg was easy and enjoyable to work with. We hope to make a return visit next year!! Thank you so much!

Quiet, family atmosphere clean pristine beach. All that and more you open the front door and there is the ocean. Spent the week swimming looking for shells, good info available on local restaurants which helped out the nights we ate out. Do not forgo the Island Burger restaurant, alot of great memeories and an actual working 45 record juke box! Greg thanks so much for a much needed rest and the house was just as you described it. We look forward to a return trip.

The place was perfect for our needs. (2 adults and 2 small children) Oceanfront view was great from family room and deck. New Flooring was very nice, and place looked new inside. Owner was very easy to work with. Will definitely visit again.

The owner was a pleasure to deal with and you cannot beat the price for oceanfront and location. We arrived as the unit had just been finished renovating. The hardwood floor was beautiful, but there was a lot of drywall dust on the floor, outlets left uncovered, wires exposed under the dishwasher and the window coverings missing from one of the bedrooms, wall hangings were left leaning against the living room wall. I don't think they had the time to go through the unit and ensure that it was stocked properly prior to our arrival. There was a lot of hardware and tools filling the drawers, but missing things like can openers. We were a little bummed because some of the forementioned meant we couldn't really allow our toddler to crawl around quite as we had hoped for. Still, you can't beat the price! Oh and the free wireless was a pleasant and unexpected surprise!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car.
