This bright and sunny garden-level studio is conveniently located in our beautifully renovated 108 year old private residence and has its own PRIVATE ENTRANCE, private bath with sumptuous Cambria counter tops, ample floor to ceiling cabinetry, glass shower and hair dryer. The Kitchenette has a small refrigerator/freezer stocked with water, orange juice, yogurt, organic oatmeal and breakfast bars, microwave oven and coffee maker. But with so many great restaurants, deli's and coffee shops within a few blocks, who wants to eat in?

Like sports or movies? We've got a 37" LCD HDTV with DVD player mounted above the cozy gas fireplace. Our SoundSpa Sound Machine will help you relax in our comfortable Queen bed, or listen to your iPod through our alarm clock stereo with iPod dock. Additional amenities include central heat and air conditioning with electronic media air filtering, free high-speed cable internet (both wired and secure wireless network available), and free on-street parking.

  • My husband and I had a wonderful stay here! Jill and Kent were great hosts who were available for all of our needs. We loved the area. Lake Calhoun is beautiful, the shops and restaurants in Uptown are fantastic, and we were in town for the annual Art Fair. What's not to like? Very comfortable, clean, well furnished studio apartment with fun decor. Loved the stocked mini-fridge! Thanks for a great vacation!
