This beautiful new two story, six bedroom home is a fully furnished unit, built in 2007. The large Master Bedroom is on the first floor with a king size bed, walk-in closet with programmable safe, and huge bath with his and her sinks, large tub and shower, toilet is in a separate area with door for your privacy. There are formal living and dining room area, the sofa opens into a queen size bed. The kitchen, eat in breakfast area and family room all view the pool and spa outside.

There is a second bedroom downstairs that has a queen size bed with hall bath right next door. This room is equipped with a desk for your laptop with high speed internet available. Wireless available on request. There is a second full bath just off the kitchen, bedroom and laundry room off the same hall. With full laundry you can pack light and always have clean clothes. The lanai area has ceiling fans and a table and chairs for your enjoyment of the outside area, and a 1/2 bath is also available directly from this area. The 1/2 bath keeps all the tracking outside to the pool and spa area.

What you see in our pictures is the actual home it's self there are TV's in every bedroom as well as family room. You will find tile in the important areas to allow easy clean up. With the 4.5 bathrooms there are plenty to go around so getting ready won't take all day.

The second floor has 4 bedrooms, two with queen size beds, a third with twin beds, and a fourth with a queen size futon, this area can double as a separate entertainment area for a second family if needed. There are also 2 full baths on the second floor, one is part of the second master suite. This dual master suite makes it easy for 2 families to share the same home.

There is duel air conditioning - 1 unit for the first floor and 1 for the 2nd floor. We also have a security system that monitors 24/7 and has rapid response, we are very pleased with this service.

This home was tastefully decorated for your comfort and that of your family.

Having the fully equipped kitchen you now can eat in as a great option. There is a brand new Publix (grocery store) just down the street.
