Casa Carlos is a beautifully furnished split-level 2 bedroom – 2.5 bath vacation residence within the gated beachfront community of La Hacienda, just 6.5 miles south of San Felipe along the shoreline of the Sea of Cortez.

The upper, entry level of Casa Carlos has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry area, half-bath and step down living-dining areas opening onto a full balcony with unobstructed panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez.
Two master bedroom suites are located on the lower level, each with a full private bath. Both bedrooms have 2 queen beds. The patio area is accessed from the lower level and offers beautiful water and city views.
Casa Carlos offers all standard conveniences for your comfort: air conditioning, ceiling fans, television with satellite TV reception and DVD, fully equipped kitchen and laundry (washer/dryer). An enclosed garage and gated boat-deep center parking area will accommodate your private vehicle and toys.
Casa Carlos is walking distance to the beautiful beach and cliff areas of La Hacienda. Launching of your jet ski or boat is available at the public marina, just north of the San Felipe Marina Resort. The nearby sand dune and desert areas are ideal for recreational vehicles (ATV’s).
