When I saw the word "perfect" in the title of this property I took it with a grain of salt, as I'm sure anyone would, but I was more than pleasantly surprised and am here to tell you that it was true! Everyone in our family was here at one time or another during Thanksgiving week and the entire family of 23, and friends, on Thanksgiving day. We brought extra things to help accommodate so many people and didn't need any of them. Everything we could possibly need was provided and the house was perfect. Don and Patsy were as nice as they could be and went above and beyond making us feel welcome including returning to the house hours after we had checked out to let us back in for some important medications we had left behind! It was a "perfect" week. We'll definitely be back!

We (me and my 7 friends, Germans, 21- 33 years) had 3 wonderful days at this house. It was huge and would have provide enough space for at least 4 people more. There were everything we needed, it was clean and it was a complete different (much more comfortable) feeling like staying in a motel or even a hotel. The neighbourhood wasn't upper class but nice and safe. Patsy give us a lot of hints how to find the best areas for dinner, sightseeing or shopping. So thanks a lot for everything. I would book it everytime again for a group of that size.

Five of us stayed at Patsy & Don’s for Christmas, Dec 23 – 26, 2010. It was a wonderful home to stay in. More than enough room for all 5 of us. The downstairs is a self-contained unit in itself, so it was extremely convenient. Nice big bathrooms. Patsy provided all sheets and linens, which was wonderful since we were flying in from the East Coast. The kitchen is perfect – it has everything, including lots of plates and dishes for entertaining, nice big table, plenty of counter space, etc. We had 14 friends over one night, and never ran out of anything. There was no pressure to be out of the house on departure day, which allowed us to relax and take our time (which was good since our flights back East were cancelled!). We will definitely stay here again when we’re in SF next!

"My husband & I took our foster home with 3 developmental disabled adult male clients for a few days Aug 12-16 to Don & Patsy's vacation rental. During our stay, we entertained the guys at Six Flags Discovery Park in Vallejo, the Zoo, and of course the Wharf and Pier 39. The information Patsy provided us regarding directions, restaurants, and shopping was absolutely invaluable to us during our stay. We and our guys felt very safe, comfortable, and at-home with the atmosphere they have provided. As a building inspector, having stayed at other vacation rentals with maintenance neglected, uncaulked curling floor vinyl, hanging smoke alarms that don't work or other "surprise" loose components, and few real creature-comforts, THIS HOME WAS A PLEASANT SURPRISE. We have already and will continue to spread the good word. No worries here, just pick up the phone and BOOK IT !!!"

We just spent Labor day weekend at Patsy's wonderful home. My father, three sisters, brother and assorted in-laws had a marvelous time. Not only was the home perfect, but Patsy is so warm and friendly. She sent us a packet before we left home of all kinds of touristy information..When we arrived she was chatting with my father like they were old friends. Truly is a lovely home and an equally lovely person. I would recommend Patsy's home to anyone that needs a spotless, comfortable vacation home. Thank you Patsy for accommodating us with such short notice. The home is roomy and located conveniently to Bart and quirky little shops. Wish we could have stayed longer...Dona

Our children located and reserved this lovely spacious house for our family of 9 to meet and spend the week celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. We traveled from Venice, CA, Kennewick, WA and Albuquerque, NM. The property location was particularly nice; only a short walk to get a newspaper, pastries or small items. The arrangement of the house is wonderful. We were together with plenty of personal space--more fun than a hotel. The kitchen is especially well equipped and the house provided everything. All needs were anticipated. Also thanks for the wifi--particularly important to our family. The neighborhood is quiet and interesting. In addition to driving, we rode the convenient bus and BART. The dining opportunities will satisfy all requests. Thank you, Patsy, for allowing us to use your beautiful home and for answering all questions. We had a wonderful week of celebrating and highly recommend the property to everyone. You will enjoy your time in San Francisco and have many terrific memories.

We have never rented a home as completely furnished, even down to the laundry soap! Patsy and Don were available whenever we had a problem, and never complained even if the problem was of our own making. They had good suggestions and they were very familiar with the area. Both the Bart and buses were very convenient. We all found this lovely home contributed to our enjoyment of San Francisco. Being centrally located, fog was not a problem here. We would rent the home again!! So much more fun than a hotel.

My wife and I were married in San Francisco last week and hosted our familes for a week. This home was fantastic. The kids loved the wireless hook up, there were movies to see, easy acess to BART, loved walking to Safeway and a beautiful park with tennis courts and playground to walk to. Patsy was great, ready with info on San Fran in the mail and met us to meet up on arrival date. There was everything we needed in the kitchen to host our reception for 30 people! Thanks for a great week.

This home is perfect for a family. We had eleven people including a four, seven, and nine year old. The house was more than well stocked with necessary supplies and had enought room for privacy, gathering of our large group and play room for the children. Home owner was most accommodating, house was clean and situated close to public transportation. We had a GREAT visit to San Francisco and would recommend this home. Athens.Ga

We came over from Australia for our sons' wedding, the whole family plus friends totalling 11 of us. We found the house to be very convenient to both Bart (train) and Muni (bus line), extremely comfortable for all of us with obvious thought given to everything one may need, as well as very attractively decorated. Congratulations to the owners for putting so much thought into making this rental such a great place to stay!

We just returned from a week's trip to San Francisco and stayed at the "Perfect House". We were 10 women of which 6 ran the Nike Women's Marathon. Your house was just perfect for us, a home away from home. We truly enjoyed it and would recommend it highly to anyone. We loved the city, the surrounding areas, the shopping and sightseeing, it was all GOOD!!

My husband & I along with our three adult children and their partners spent five wonderful days at this perfect family home. Well before our arrival, Patsy (owner) had mailed us information about the house, maps, brochures and touring information for San Francisco. The pre-arrival information was greatly appreciated. The owners Patsy and Don are very well organized as the home had everything a traveler would need. We were also provided with complimentary coffee! As there were seven of us we decided to us public transit to tour around the city. The BART station was approx four blocks away and the walk did us good as we indulged in quite a bit of the eating at the city's many fine restaurants. Soaking in the hot tub after a long day of sight-seeing was a perfect way to end an evening. All the bedrooms were very roomy and bright. The master bedroom has an ensuite with walk-in -closet. The kitchen was well equiped with plenty of dishes and every appliance imaginable, even a rice cooker. Our flight on the day of our departure was early in the evening and Patsy was kind enough to let us stay until late in the afternoon and store our luggage. My husband left his camera battery charger and battery at the home. When we contacted the owner she offfered to mail it to us. Now that's customer service that you don't get very often. Thank-you for a memorable stay in your lovely home.

Thanks for your hospitality and pre-trip communication. you really should put these reviews on line. Our group of nine was divided both upstairs and downstairs. Everyone was impressed with how well equipped the house was and all the personal touches. It's a trip we will never forget and we will definitely refer others to your lovely home.

The Taylor Clan rented the whole house, which was so comfortable and convenient for driving, taking Bart or Muni,or walking. The neighborhood shops were great! From fresh produce to fresh shrimp. We enjoyed catching up in the hot tub,the handy washer and dryer and the well equipped kitchen. We would definately do this again!

Thank you for furnishing your home with everything needed, down to the forgotten sippy cup and coffee for our first breckfast. We've rented many houses as a group and few are so complete. The floor plan is wonderful too. With privacy or comraderie for each and all as needed.
