Lower 4 bedroom unit is available year round.
This is a 7 bedroom duplex. Summer rent the whole building, A great family location for up to 16 people.
Ideal in the summer for 2 families together or family reunions.
Rest of the year we rent the lower 4 bedroom unit very reasonably as a seperate unit.

WINTER and FALL:$1200 per week for a very nice 4 bedroom on the ocean front
$250 per night everything included. 3 night minimum.
Everything furnished. great patio. 2 parking spaces.
We have 12/5 to 12/23 still available this year.
Summer time there is a whole duplex available. When combined
there are 7 bedrooms and 4 baths, sleep 16. $6000 per week.
4 bedroom unit with patio is available until summer.
