This wonderfully located Property is on the Water. Walkway and sand at front step. A patio for sun and dining. Ideal for family. It is newly redecorated and very comfortable.

This is a duplex.The 4 bedroom lower unit is available seperately 9 months of the year. In the summer we rent the duplex as one very large unit with 7 bedrooms. 4 baths and 2 kitchens.
Nicely furnished, fully equipped. Parking for 2 cars. 3 in th summer.
In the summer we can sleep 16 people. The rest of the year we can accommodate 8.

4 bedroom 2 bath lower unit on the beach is $1200 per week until March.
A very nice, fully furnished unit with a great patio on the ocean front.
Spring $1500 per week.
Summertime there is a whole duplex available. Combined there are 7 bedrooms
4 baths and 2 full kitchens.. Sleeps 16. Ideal for family gatherings.
Summer is $6000 per week. , August 25 to September 8 $5000 per week.
Year round 4 bedroom is available $1200 to $1500 per week except summer.

We have been renting this property for years and it is always like coming home to our own house on the beach! This house is a real jewel, family friendly and perfectly located on the boardwalk with a great sandy play area for the kids and steps to the ocean. We spend hours on the huge patio with friends and family, laughing, eating, watching people walk by, enjoying the ocean and ocean breezes. No wonder we look forward to coming here all year!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Located just about 1/3 of a mile to the shops, boat tours/rentals and diners in Balboa, a very cute and trusting town like old California, comfortable and relaxed as it should be. Homeowners are very nice and easy to work with. The patio is amazing to hang out on or grill as it overlooks the sand and is just beautiful in the morning! The home is stocked with everything you need for cooking, truly a full kitchen. The water is just a small walk from the patio, the sand starts right in front of the patio and the home is right by the Pier with Ruby's Diner. This is a great location and very family friendly with active and decent people about the boardwalk at all times. Good people, good location, home stocked with everything you need for convenience and fun! Highly reccomended :)

Had a wonderful time the property owners were very nice. The house had all that you need including fully stocked kitchen. The view was fabulous and walking distance to the shops and resturants. Sit on the patio and watch the ocean. Good place for families and children. Looking forward to returning for annual vacation.
