This newly decorated four bedroom, two bath home named “Sea Tulip” is located eight houses from the beach with no streets to cross. It is also walking distance to shops, markets, restaurants and other services. The house features a beautiful canopied deck and fenced in yard which is great for the kids and dog.
YES! We accept small dogs. The Fenced in yard also features outside furniture, shower, grill, and hammock.
The house sleeps 8-10 in it’s four bedrooms, plus there is an additional front room with sofa bed for added guests. A newly renovated kitchen with granite counter tops and center island is fully equipped and adjacent to a full dining room and living room. The house is air conditioned and every room has a ceiling fan for additional comfort.
There are four TVs, two DVDs, a VCR and a broadband Internet connection.
Rental includes a few bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, towels, linens, washer and dryer including laundry detergent and other supplies so you don’t have to empty your house and fill the car to enjoy your vacation.

The Sea Tulip is a home and not just a house. You can feel the love of friends & family throughout. It is welcoming & nurturing right down to the smallest detail of scattered sea shells on a backyard table that bring back memories of the beach & its magic. In the evening you can hear the ocean from the back deck. The local eateries & shops are all within walking distance & very friendly. Delicious foods, lovely cheese shop, & the beach just steps away!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This house is fabulous! It is open and airy, well stocked with everything you need for the week, and most importantly, in a great location. No need to go to the big supermarket when everything you need is within a 5-minute walk. The beach is literally steps away. The house was clean and neat and we will definitely go back!!

Perfect shore vacation. House had everything. Nice location near beach and shopping. Great to be able to walk across the street for coffee & bagels in the morning. Wide variety of good restaurants in walking distance. Fenced in yard great for kids and dog. Loved the deck and hammock. Week went too fast.

Just returned from an absolutely fabulous week at the "Sea Tulip." Have been to LBI many times and have rented elsewhere, but never in a home that met all of our needs so well....my kids even got to ride bicycles from the owner's garage! House is within walking distance to everything, yet still far enough away from chaos. Can't say enough, just a great place to stay.

Mike - Just wanted to let you know what a wonderful vacation we had at the Sea Tulip this September. We especially enjoyed sitting on the back deck with our family and two dogs. Brett and Lucy Lou really enjoyed the freedom of the fenced in back yard. Only eight houses from and beach and walking distance to the shops. What more could you ask for. The "Sea Tulip" was the perfect home for my family and I. It has everything you need to enjoy a relaxed vacation. It was great to have the shops, restaurants AND BEACH just a few steps away. Our family dinners on the deck with LuLu was truly the best treat! We hope to visit again next summer!

We had a fantastic vacation at the Sea Tulip! Your home is spacious, beautifully kept, and met all of our needs. With such a convenient location, we didn't even need to use our car. We were able to walk to the beach, shopping, and to eat. Thank you...we look forward to our next visit!

We Loved Sea Tulip! Our entire family fit perfectly well. The house is very nicely equipped and the social areas are just the right size. We really enjoyed our dinners on the outdoor dining area too. The decor adds to the beachy feel of LBI. The location of Sea Tulip is perfect. Just STEPS from the am espresso and nighttime sorbet! YUM! Can't wait to head back!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
