Was terrific with the 3 large bedrooms each with it's own bath. The townhouse is spacious, clean, light, wonderful high ceilings. Definitely will be back.

My family and I spent a week in this lovely townhouse in August. It is a beautifully decorated, well-appointed, clean and well-supplied home. The location is ideal--close to the pool and the Elkhorn amenities. The owner is very accommodating. He promptly answered all our questions and handled the business end of things very efficiently. He also and went above and beyond for us even though it was very inconvenient for him to do so. I would highly recommend this rental unit. Sun Valley at its best.

Comfortable and relaxing

This townhouse didn't feel like a rental, but more like I was staying at a friend's place. The owner, Stephen, was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The house was clean and spacious. And the kitchen was well stocked, so we didn't have to buy little things like like cooking oil or plastic wrap.

We really enjoyed staying at the Fairway Nine Townhouse. We have been travelling to Sun Valley annually in July for a number of years and have stayed at a handful of different places in Elkhorn. This place is by far our favorite. The townhouse is in great shape, in a good location and is a great value compared to many of the other places that we have stayed. I would definately recommend it to anyone.

We rented the two units for a large family gathering. Kids is all ages. Had a ball.. Swimming pools very close, very nice place to rent. Owners super helpful.. Highly recomend to all.

Skiing holiday

Our family of four (three adults - mum, dad, 18 year old son - and 14 year old son) stayed 6 nights at this house in February 2011. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and found the house comfortable, well-equipped and with excellent facilities. The kitchen had everything you could wish for, and the house was clean, tidy and spacious. The photos display the house accurately. It is in a good location for skiing: being very close to Dollar Mountain and within a short driving distance of Bald Mountain. Ketchum (the nearest town) is near too, and has a wide choice of restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Fairway Nine Townhouse in Sun Valley. The unit was very comfortable, had many updates, was clean and well-maintained, all at a reasonable price. We found the location to be very close to all that Sun Valley has to offer. The adjoining townhouse may also be available by the same owner which makes it ideal for family groups. I highly recommend this property!

Owner response:3 separate master suites, each with its own complete bathroom. Flat screen TVs in each room along with the living room. Completely remodeled and well furnished. Awesome location for all seasons.

The Fairway Nine rental was spacious and immaculate. It was fully stocked with everything we needed for our family (including our 2 small children). The owner was a delight to work with. He made himself available and was extrremely helpful since it was the first time our family vacationed in Sun Valley. I would highly recommend this rental, and would definitely stay here with my family again.

50th Anniversay Family Vacation

We rented both townhouses to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our entire immediate family, which numbers 13, with ages from 10 years to 71 years. Both of the homes were very clean and nicely appointed. There was room for everyone. The weather was fantastic and we had meals on the decks the whole week. The activities are unlimited with bike riding, hiking up Dollar Mountain, riding the tram on Mount Baldy, horseback riding, golf, tennis and swimming to name a few. Everyone had a great time and we highly recommend these townhomes. The owner is easy to work with and very accommodating.

Sun Valley Family Holiday

We had a wonderful, magical, vacation in Sun Valley. We rented both sides of this lovely Fairway Nine Townhouse and filled it with children and grandrchildren flying in from all parts of the country. The condo nicely situated right on the Elkhorn golf course with easy access to all local attractions and activities. The patio looks out on a fairway and has views of the surrounding mountains. The condo isself is nicely laid out, well maintained, fully equipped and elegantly furnished. The floor plan of the kitchen is great. We found the owner well organized and helpful. We enjoyed swimming, trout fishing, barbeques, hiking, biking, horseback riding, trap shooting, playing board games, and, of course, eating out at the fine Sun Valley and Ketchum restaurants. We attended the Peter Cetera concert and watched the 4th of July fireworks. We recommned this condo it to anyone with group of 6 or more and plan to return ourselves

Some guest played golf on the fantastic Elkhorn course andothers used the heated pool. The owner was excellant to work with and quick to respond to questions. Check in and out was easy. The large deck was perfect for a Sunday brunch. Wehave been traveling to Sun Valley for 25 years and this home is one of the nicest we have stayed. I would highly recommend to family and friends.

We stayed here with three others over a long weekend in February 2010 and had a great stay. The house is well appointed and very spacious. We particularly enjoyed the separate bathrooms for each of the three bedrooms.

This unit has been completely re-modeled and is very nicely done. The bedrooms and baths are spacious and very comfortable. The unit is completely outfitted with anything you would ever need or want. We loved the spacious deck and ate outside every night. Highly recommned staying at this unit.

We stayed here for a week and loved it. The house has spacious rooms and all finishes and furnishings are gorgeous yet comfortable. Lots of privacy, expansive near and far views. This particular development is lovely. We couldn't have been happier!
