Virginia's Keep is a wonderful property that is located directly on Greers Ferry Lake. The lake views are excellent any time of the year. Sunsets are priceless. The lake is steps away from the back door or deck. Your pontoon boat can be tied up at the shoreline for easy lake access. A boat launch is just a few hundred yards away.

The deck provides shade, sunshine, and unforgettable sunsets. Sip your morning coffee on the porch swing while you watch the hummingbirds and enjoy the peace and quiet of your home-away-from-home.

The house is nicely furnished and offers plenty of room for the whole family. An air-conditioned sunroom has wall-to-wall windows to take it all in. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and it's own separate bath. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom offers a full-sized bed. Both secondary bedrooms have access to a large hall bathroom. The walkout basement has a pool table (with ping-pong topper) and lots of room with another large bathroom.

This home sits on nearly an acre of land with a wonderful canopy of trees. Many species of animals, including deer, call this area home. In addition to the birds, turtles, and our “pet” red fox, we enjoyed a rare sighting of a bald eagle this past spring.

Some of the area attractions include golf, hiking, fishing, sailing, water skiing, jet-skiing, snorkeling, shopping and antiques. Or, just enjoy relaxing and catch up on that novel you’ve been meaning to finish. Play some badminton or croquet. Put together a puzzle on the deck while the kids chase lightening bugs. We provide the badminton, croquet, and a wide selection of puzzles. At night, there is a library of DVD’s for family enjoyment or you can bring your own.

If you need anything from town, Heber Springs is just a three minute drive away. In town, you’ll find restaurants and shops, including a Wal-Mart if you forgot your sunscreen.

  • This is a beautiful house right on the water! My husband and our two kids spent nine glorious days here and had a wonderful time. The first floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with a large living room and a nice sunroom which is perfect for seeing a beautiful sunset. I loved the kitchen! It has a nice size gameroom downstairs with another full bathroom and a pool table which opens up to a beautiful backyard equipped with a grill. It has a big porch right off the sunroom with a swing that is perfect for relaxing. The lake is great for fishing, skiing or just riding around and has a big marina not too far away from the house. This vacation spot offers seclusion and is perfect for those seeking some peace and quite in the comfort of a beautiful house. We highly recommend this vacation rental.

  • Great, quiet place right on the water. We stayed comfortably with a group of 8 (4 couples). Its very close to a marina (boat, jetski rentals, and cliff diving). The house was in great condition with a large kitchen, large living room, downstairs has a pool table, ping pong, couches. There is an awesome deck that overlooks the water with a grill. Large backyard to play croquet. Walmart is about 5 minutes away with everything you need. Its six hours from Dallas, would definitely go back again. We all had a great time.
