Welcome to Ixchel II Beach Condominiums located on the island's most beautiful beach, Playa Norte (The North Beach). We are proud to offer you one of the properties best views!! Our two bedroom Oceanfront suite is fully furnished on the 6th floor and over looks the Caribbean.

This luxury 2 bedroom condominium suite includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room with a couch & loveseat, 42" plasma flat screen TV w/cable & DVD player, BOSE IPOD docking stations and VOIP (voice over internet phone with free calls to US & Canada)is available only when renting the master bedroom suite.

The kitchen contains refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots and pans, plastic wine glasses, assorted utensils, knife set and bottled drinking water.

The master bedroom is decorated and has a king size bed, with a beautiful fully tiled bathroom with granite countertops. Also, in this master bedroom it has a large balcony with 3 sun loungers, 2 sets of patio furniture, a hammock for relaxing in, electric grill on the balcony and we just recently upgraded both bedrooms with luxury mattresses!! This large balcony runs along the front and sides of master suite and living room area-which has amazing views of North Beach and incredible sunsets!! The second bedroom also, has one king size bed including a fully tiled bathroom and a table for two with a view of the ocean or an area for reading. All bedrooms come with cable TV, DVD player, BOSE IPOD docking station, separate individual air conditioning units with controls for each room, radio alarms, electronic safe deposit boxes, iron and ironing boards, hair dryers and bathroom amenities. All rentals include full daily Housekeeping. Rates for this 1 bedroom Ocean Front suite start at $200.00 - 385.00 per night. We are also, happy to assist with renting out other units if large parties are going to be staying at Ixchel II. Also, we can arrange a coordinator to organize anniversary, renewing of the vows or wedding parties on the island. We know of a great resource if needed and they live on the island.

At Ixchel II building downstairs take advantage of the hotels full (24 hour) bilingual reception and concierge services, 2 elevators, laundry room, workout room, beach towel service, pool side snack bar (Comono's) which is open from 9-5pm daily, pool and beach sun loungers/umbrellas and much more...

The island of Isla Mujeres is only 5 miles long and 1/2 mile wide and it is easy to get around, offering a variety of delights to all visitors. The best beaches are on the north (Ixchel II) and west sides of the island, where the water is shallow, and calm and the white coral sand feels cool on the feet.

The North Beach is the island's most famous and popular, with restaurants and bars where you can enjoy everything from a tall drink to the freshest of seafood. Lounges are available for sunbathing and water sports equipment such as kayaks, water bicycles and sailboards, can be rented. Most of the non-beach activity on the island is centered on Hidalgo, the main street of the island which is just walking distance from Ixchel II. It is full of shops featuring typical Mexican Handcrafts and restaurants serving a variety of cuisines, including Cuban, Thai, Italia, fresh seafood and of course, traditional Mayan and Yucatecan dishes. Open-air bars offer the opportunity to enjoy your favorite beverage in a relaxing atmosphere.

On the east coast of Isla Mujeres you will find rocky shores great for tide pooling, shell hunting and watching the waves of the open Caribbean Sea.   • This was our second visit to Ixchel and the first to stay at this condo. There were five of us in our party and we were celebrating our birthdays. The condo is absolutely gorgeous and the owners went above and beyond to ensure our birthday celebrations were wonderful. The condo has the best view of the water and island and we certain appreciate Mike and Tina sharing their piece of paradise. We cannot wait to go back! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

  • This was our second trip to Ixchel and this unit is second to none in the complex. The owners just recently updated the furniture and the decor. Much nicer than most of the other units, most of which still have the same furniture the units originally came with. The view is spectacular. This is one of just a few units that have 2 king beds, great for couples sharing a unit. We've been all over Mexico. Isla is tough to beat. Can't wait to return. Thank you Mike and Tina !

  • We recently stayed in this unit, and thought it was perfect. The view from the balcony was beautiful, and the unit contained everything we needed. The location was the best on the island. Cannot wait to go back, and will definately stay here again.

  • This is a first class unit with all amenities. We were 2 couples, and it was a perfect set-up. 2 kings and 2 baths, large living area, HUGE wrap around balcony, spectacular views. It even has a VOIP phone so we could call home at no extra cost. I highly recommend this unit and we hope to go back next year.
