Main Floor has: 2 bedrooms with Queen beds. 1st bedroom is rustic with moose theme, 2nd is bright with flower theme. beautiful tiled bathroom with shower / tub. Large laundry room. Kitchen and Great Room have wood floors. Sat. TV in Master and Basement, flat screen TVs in basement and master. XM Radio and lots of games. Fully furnished kitchen. Floor to ceiling windows!
FULL basement with King Bed and 3 Bunk Beds with Ralph Lauren and Tommy Hillfiger theme. Full bathroom with large shower. Large Great Room in Basement with huge sectional sofa, Flatscreen TV / DVD with Bose surround sound, air hockey, and dual basketball pop-a-shot game.

- If you love Quading or BMX...You can head up Hard Scrabble Road in Pine for awesome off roading. Your quads or bikes have to be street legal or you have to trailer your toys to the top of Hard Scrabble road. Or you can trailer your toys just 10 miles North of Pine to Rim Road #300 for hundreds of miles of off road fun at 6500 feet elevation on top of the rim, some of the greenest landscape in AZ. Or head down the hill at Strawberry for the coolest / deepest swimming holes in AZ. Full Grocery Store in Pine, 2 gas Stations, great breakfast joints too.

Daily rate .... $225/night (2 night minimum) .. $1200/week
Holiday rate .. $250/night (2 night minimum) .. $1400/week
Cleaning fee $125
Cleaning fee and 1/2 of rental due at booking.
Balance of rental fee due before arrival
Security codes released when funds arrive.
Security deposit $200 (returned within 2 weeks after rental)
