I am a local builder and we had built several of these and decided to upgrade this one and keep it for our family to use wasnt getting the use it deserved ,so we decided to try the vacation rental route . This has worked out real good as our guests have treated the cottage with the respect it deserves .

I stayed here for a week in May 2010 and had the most peaceful and beautiful stay. The house is gorgeous and the owner was exceptionally friendly and and easy to deal with. I hope to return for a visit soon :)

Wonderful home and perfect for our family. Neat and well kept, owner was extremely easy to work with. This place is a stone's throw from the beach, but on its own street so you get the peace and quiet. Great deck for grilling and wonderful common space. All in all a great experience.

We had a wonderful week at this lovely well appointed Birch Bay home. There is everything you need in the new kitchen. Both bedrooms are comfortable. This property is really a home not a cottage. I loved all the lighthouses. We had dinner on the deck every night. Happy to have comfortable furniture inside and out. There are even bikes in the little shed. It really is only a 5 minute walk to the great shallow beach... Perfect for kids and dogs. The location is perfect at the end of a dead end street so not much traffic. And if you need retail therapy Bellis Fair is 15 minutes down the road. Within a 5 minute drive there is a farmers market and a supermarket. The area is beautiful and there is loads to do. I can't wait to go back. Thx to the terrific hosts the Lehman family.

Enjoyed our time in your cabin. We had our Thanksgiving Dinner here. Went for walks on the beach, played games and relaxed. Thank-you for sharing, would love to come back!
