This warm and neighborly community features restaurants, a performing arts center, fitness rooms, game and meeting rooms on premises, easily accessible with the golf cart included in the rental.
Timber Pines has two large pools, both with hot tubs, as well as tennis courts, and daily and nightly social activities. It is easy to get around in Spring Hill, with access to shopping and restaurants within one mile. One hour drive to Tampa International Airport and Busch Gardens. Two miles to public beach on gulf coast.
Timber Pines Community is built around its four gorgeous golf courses: one championship, two par-60, and one pitch-and-putt course.
A four month minimum stay is required.

If you like golf you can not find a better place, and for the money you pay for golf there is no better place. There are two executive courses which are beautifull and one par 72 course which is also nice. no problem with getting a T-Time and you can play all the golf you want. There is two beautifull swimming pools plus many activities going on. If you cant have fun here then there is something wrong with you. The owners are nice people and very easy to deal with. You will love this place. Dennis and Rose
