Villa Montybella is a lovely stone 'maison de village' located in the charming medieval village of Haut de Cagnes, overlooked by the 14th century Chateau Grimaldi, and the Renoir House and Museum. It is only 2km from the ocean at Cagnes-sur-Mer and a 10 minute ride from the Nice airport. This house has been tastefully renovated and is situated right in the centre of the old village of Haut de Cagnes and very near to the château. The village is beautiful and the accommodation is ideally situated if you are looking for proximity to restaurants and shops. Windows of each of the four floors look out to a breathtaking view of the sea and mountains. Both bedrooms feature king size beds and private full bathrooms, with a sofa bed available in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the terrace comes complete with a large gas grill and outdoor heater. Games and helpful info is provided, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi and a complimentary welcome gift courtesy of the Montybella family.

Peak Season: Jul 3rd - Aug 28th = 1050€/week
Mid Season: Dec 18th - Jan 1, May 1st - Jul 3rd, Aug 28th - Oct 2nd = 850€/week
Low Season: Oct 2 - Dec 18, Jan 2nd - May 1st = 650€/week
Linen rental for 35€ and and cleaning charge for 80€ are not included.
Extra Charge for Pets, Damage Deposit of €500 Required.
