Spacious (1,375 sq. ft.) virtually brand new designer condo in Sea Trail Golf Resort at Sunset Beach situated on the green of the 16th hole of the Byrd course. Many of our guests have claimed the condo pictures do not do it justice . . . we've been told our Champions Condo is one of the most beautiful units at Sea Trail! Fantastic view from the private porch on the third floor (convenient elevator access). Absolutely stunning decor with numerous upgrades such as stainless steel appliances, upgraded furnishings, solid maple kitchen with Corian countertops and all the amenities of home including high speed internet access. We promise that you will not be disappointed!

The cozy, casual atmosphere of Sea Trail is ideal for those searching for just the right combination of golf and beach in a warm weather community. Resort is 2,000 acres and contains three, top-rated golf courses and a forth adjacent to the resort. Golf is all-year round, and the beach season runs from late April until the end of October. Golf lessons are available from outstanding teaching professionals and the driving range and excellent practice facilty are only a five-minute walk from the excellent, central location of our condo. Grab a couple of clubs and walk over to the range after dinner . . . no excuses not to improve your game at Sea Trail!

Seductive Sunset Beach, voted best beach in North Carolina by Duke University, is only a mile from the Resort's southern gate. Accessible by the one remaining wooden swing bridge in NC, this barrier island beach is a breathtakingly beautiful, unspoiled community with no buildings taller than three-stories. You can enjoy the tranquility of Sunset Beach and, when the mood strikes, explore all the various activities and night life of Myrtle Beach just 15 miles down the road. Interestingly, because the Island actually orients east-west, you are spoiled by gorgeous sunsets on the beach. (Hence the name.)

Area cuisine is virtually unlimited with restaurants overlooking the Intercoastal Waterway only minutes away. If you don't want to go out, you can order in from the outstanding menu at the Magnolia restaurant, just a five-minute walk from the comfort of our condo. Over 40 excellent restaurants in Sunset Beach and nearby Calabash known as "The Seafood Capital of the World". Well over 1000 restaurants in the Grand Strand area (within a one-hour drive)!

Our condo has a $20,000 upgraded package with high end furnishings and state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, Corian counters, maple cupboards, and professional designer decor. You will not be disappointed in this beautiful condo. Sunset Beach in only one mile away (biking there is an option); beach chairs are available on the porch for your use. Three beautiful championship courses are located in the Sea Trail Resort. There's even a cooler available for cold refreshments for the beach or the back of the golf cart (Sea Trail allows a small cooler in the cart.) Reduced "staying on the property" greens fees are available. The driving range is only a 5-minute walk, so there will be no excuses for not improving your game!

  • My husband and I recently stayed with our two young children (4 and 1) at this Sea Trail condo and we loved it! The condo is wonderful, the kitchen is well stocked and a pleasure to cook in, but if you go out be sure to visit Chianti South! The seafood stew is wonderful! The kids loved having the pool right outside and we also enjoyed walking the beach on Bird Island. There is convenient parking for guests of Sea Trail right at Sunset Beach. My husband really liked the golf course and I can't say enough about how clean and comfortable we found the condo (and the resort). You will not be disappointed if you decide to stay here!

  • My husband and I and our two children aged 14 and 10 just returned from a one-week stay at Sea Trail. The condo was fantastic. It had everything we needed and more. The pictures on the site do not capture how spacious the condo actually is or the incredible view from the porch. Myself and my children are beginner level golfers so we really appreciated having the practice range a short walk away. We booked evening tee times for 9 holes which was perfect for the kids. This area offers much more than golf. The kids spent hours body surfing at the beach. We also ventured off to Broadway at the Beach where we enjoyed Miniput, IMAX Theatre, MagiQuest (brand new adventure game which the kids absolutely loved), and many other fun activities. There are lots of family-friendly restaurants nearby but there are also barbecues by two of the pools so on some evenings while the kids were swimming, we cooked our dinner there and enjoyed it poolside. It was a wonderful week and we can't wait to go back!

  • My family stayed in this condo 2 weeks ago and it was amazing! We have always stayed on the island, but I have to say it was so convenient to have pools available for my children, who loved night swimming! The condo is in perfect condition with plenty of space and a beautiful view from the screened in porch where we enjoyed our morning coffee! The staff that I came in contact with through Sea Trail were so kind and made me feel so welcome. The owners of this condo take wonderful care in providing a luxurious place to stay and were so great to work with. I have never had an easier transaction when going on a vacation! I hope to stay again sometime!

  • My wife and I just love the condo and having all the amenities of home. This was our second time and trust me, we will be going back. The condo was so clean, you wouldn't think it was ever occupied. The complex, what can I say , 3 golf coarses, pools everywhere, conference center, shopping nearby, steps to Sunset Beach, no disappointments here. Bring you GPS to fully enjoy all the sites and attractions Myrtle Beach has to offer.

  • I spent a fabulous week at this beautiful, spotless and well maintained condo last spring. It has everything you could want in a condo and more. The condo is located close the driving and putting ranges as well as the main building. The complex is close to beaches, shopping, excellent restaurants and the airport. I enjoyed my stay so much last year that I am heading there again next month with my husband.

  • This is one of the best Condos I have ever stayed at, it is beautifully appointed, very spacious and well equipped. There is plenty of room for extended family and/or friends. We enjoyed having cocktails on the screened-in porch while we critiqued the golfers playing the 16th hole outside our balcony. The location is perfect, a short walk to the main club house and driving range. Our golf lessons with LPGA Pro Nancy Tawny were very productive. There are a number of pools to choose from, including one outside our building. The property at Sea Trail is immaculate and we throughly enjoyed the southern hospitality extended to us. There is no shortage of things to do with Sunset Beach a short drive away, as well as great shopping and fine dinning. I can’t wait to go back.
