Wonderful Girls Weekend!

Recently stayed at this unit with my daughter and sister and was very pleased we picked this one. The unit is close to the convention center so my daughter was able to walk to attend her conference there. We liked that it is was also close to the elevator and stairs.The listing description of the property was accurate and we found the unit very clean and well-maintained. While we did not do any cooking(loved the restaurants near by) the kitchen was well stocked. One of the best we've seen. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the screened in porch and the view of the beautiful golf course. It was a quiet and relaxing visit. Enjoyed the swimming pool close by to this unit, we had it by ourselves most days. The owners even had beach towels, a cooler and beach bag for us to use. I want to thank the owners again for the use of their wonderful condo and especially for being so helpful in answering all our questions. We certainly would recommend this property to all our friends and would rent again when we come back to Sea Trail. Great location!

We have taken a one month's break from northern New England winters at Sea Trail for the past five years. We find the Sunset Beach area and Sea Trail in particular just what we need to help carry us from skiing to golf at home. Golfing opportunities are virtually unlimited and affordable and we particularly enjoy walking the beautiful beach. Perhaps the best recommendation we can make for this condo is that we have selected five different condos for our past five visits. Next year (and hopefully many more), we will be returning to this unit. The unit is spacious and very well furnished. We can't imagine any dish, glass, pot, pan or appliance that isn't on hand. We can't comment on how problems were handled because we didn't have any.

We just returned from our stay at this condo, and it lives up to it's billing! It is extremely clean, with all of the amenities of home. On the nights we decided to stay in for dinner, the kitchen had everything that we needed and then some. All of the beds are extremely comfortable, and the flat screen TV was nice on our one rainy day! Sunset beach is a 5-minute drive across the bridge, and both Calabash and Ocean Isle are very conveniently just 10 minutes away in either direction. Sea Trail has great golf courses, and my 7-year-old son and I played the Byrd course (which runs right behind the condo). The rate was reasonable ($40 for 18 holes cart included), the course was in great shape and not crowded, and my son played for free! The pool shared by the Champion's condos was very nice to return to after a day on the beach, and we were often the only family there, so we had the whole pool to ourselves! So many good things to say about this place, it is DEFINITELY a great value for a trip to Sunset beach, and the owners were extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. We will be returning in the future, if you book this place you will not be disappointed!

Lovely condo unit! We were very impressed with this unit - very clean, beautiful furnishings and very comfortable. Beautiful view of the golf course from the screened in porch. We took advantage of the close proximity to the pool as well as the short drive to the beach. Sunset Beach is absolutely one of our favorite places! My family and I have been vacationing there for about 15 years now. The kitchen in this unit was by far the most well stocked (for cooking ware) and cleanest that we have found out of all of our stays at the beach. The owners also make available things like boogie boards, tennis rackets, beach chairs, beach towels - which you don't always find when renting a house or condo. The owners are so nice to deal with and wanted to be sure our stay was pleasant. We highly recommend this condo and we plan to return!

Home Away From Home

We enjoyed our winter stay at the condo will be there in the winter as long as we are healthy enough to make the drive. It was our home away from home and enjoyed all the amenities especially the crock pot. We really enjoyed going to the beach and the golf courses, going to the Brookgreen Gardens, and the Boundary House is our favorite place to eat. We have enjoyed communications with the owners and hope someday to meet them.

Wonderful - nothing more to say. We have visited a lot of places and this was a fabulous location! It felt more like home than a hotel room and was SO comfortable. Relaxation was the key word!

Just returned from our stay here and this is a condo not to miss. If you are going to Sunset Beach or the surrounding area, be sure to stay here. It is so convenient to the bridge to the beach and using the north entrance, convenient to Calabash. The beds are most comfortable and the entire interior is clean and fresh. The owners are great to work with too!

My husband and I recently stayed with our two young children (4 and 1) at this Sea Trail condo and we loved it! The condo is wonderful, the kitchen is well stocked and a pleasure to cook in, but if you go out be sure to visit Chianti South! The seafood stew is wonderful! The kids loved having the pool right outside and we also enjoyed walking the beach on Bird Island. There is convenient parking for guests of Sea Trail right at Sunset Beach. My husband really liked the golf course and I can't say enough about how clean and comfortable we found the condo (and the resort). You will not be disappointed if you decide to stay here!

My husband and I and our two children aged 14 and 10 just returned from a one-week stay at Sea Trail. The condo was fantastic. It had everything we needed and more. The pictures on the site do not capture how spacious the condo actually is or the incredible view from the porch. Myself and my children are beginner level golfers so we really appreciated having the practice range a short walk away. We booked evening tee times for 9 holes which was perfect for the kids. This area offers much more than golf. The kids spent hours body surfing at the beach. We also ventured off to Broadway at the Beach where we enjoyed Miniput, IMAX Theatre, MagiQuest (brand new adventure game which the kids absolutely loved), and many other fun activities. There are lots of family-friendly restaurants nearby but there are also barbecues by two of the pools so on some evenings while the kids were swimming, we cooked our dinner there and enjoyed it poolside. It was a wonderful week and we can't wait to go back!

My family stayed in this condo 2 weeks ago and it was amazing! We have always stayed on the island, but I have to say it was so convenient to have pools available for my children, who loved night swimming! The condo is in perfect condition with plenty of space and a beautiful view from the screened in porch where we enjoyed our morning coffee! The staff that I came in contact with through Sea Trail were so kind and made me feel so welcome. The owners of this condo take wonderful care in providing a luxurious place to stay and were so great to work with. I have never had an easier transaction when going on a vacation! I hope to stay again sometime!

My wife and I just love the condo and having all the amenities of home. This was our second time and trust me, we will be going back. The condo was so clean, you wouldn't think it was ever occupied. The complex, what can I say , 3 golf coarses, pools everywhere, conference center, shopping nearby, steps to Sunset Beach, no disappointments here. Bring you GPS to fully enjoy all the sites and attractions Myrtle Beach has to offer.

I spent a fabulous week at this beautiful, spotless and well maintained condo last spring. It has everything you could want in a condo and more. The condo is located close the driving and putting ranges as well as the main building. The complex is close to beaches, shopping, excellent restaurants and the airport. I enjoyed my stay so much last year that I am heading there again next month with my husband.

This is one of the best Condos I have ever stayed at, it is beautifully appointed, very spacious and well equipped. There is plenty of room for extended family and/or friends. We enjoyed having cocktails on the screened-in porch while we critiqued the golfers playing the 16th hole outside our balcony. The location is perfect, a short walk to the main club house and driving range. Our golf lessons with LPGA Pro Nancy Tawny were very productive. There are a number of pools to choose from, including one outside our building. The property at Sea Trail is immaculate and we throughly enjoyed the southern hospitality extended to us. There is no shortage of things to do with Sunset Beach a short drive away, as well as great shopping and fine dinning. I can’t wait to go back.
