L’appartamento si trova al piano rialzato e dalla finestra del salottino si ha uno scorcio della bellissima chiesa dei Miracoli in campo Santa Maria Nova, unico ed incredibile esempio di Rinascimento toscano a Venezia.
Di fronte alla chiesa merita una sosta la tea-room dove pomeriggio e sera è possibile intrattenersi ascoltando musica da camera e lirica. A pochi passi c’è inoltre un tipico “bacaro” (antica trattoria) veneziano assolutamente non turistico: l’osteria “Alla Frasca” in corte della Carità, che una volta era il deposito di quadri di Tiziano. E tutti i tesori di Venezia sono appena al di là della porta di casa.
Camere: La casa, con ingresso indipendente,e situata su un singolo piano e dispone di due camere da letto, una matrimoniale ed una singola con un letto aggiunto, un bagno, un grazioso soggiorno col soffitto ad antiche travi a vista con camino e arredi d’epoca ed una piccola cucina dove troverete tutto l’occorrente per la prima colazione. Una preziosità rara a Venezia: il piccolo giardino privato all'interno con aiuole fiorite. dove, in una magica atmosfera, è piacevole consumare la colazione o la cena serale.

Dove: L’aeroporto di Venezia (a 20 min.) è collegato con continui collegamenti via terra o anche direttamente via mare attraverso la suggestiva laguna di venezia. Frequenti i collegamenti anche con l’aeroporto di Treviso. La stazione ferroviaria e dei pulmann e i parcheggi per l'auto sono a 3 km raggiungibili con il vaporetto il cui imbarco è a 5' a piedi. |
