Seawind condominium is a brand new, gulf front and family friendly property. When you stay here all you have to do is just step off the elevator and right on to the beach and relax. Our beachfront condo is so convenient and comfortable for a rental that you will feel right at home the moment you get on the property. We have put many touches to personalize the space and to make you and your family feel as relaxed as possible.
There is nothing like watching a beautiful sunset from the gulf front balcony and while you are out there look for the dolphins swimming in the gulf. You have the ability to access the balcony from the living room and the master bedroom!
The gulf front master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed. In case you need more sleeping space the sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen. The full kitchen is top of the line with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher. A breakfast bar with stools is convenient for a simple meal or sit and relax and there is a dining table. In case you need to do some laundry, our condo comes equipped with a washer and dryer.
Outside there are amenities for people of all ages...a zero entry interactive pool for the kids, a heated indoor/outdoor pool for everyone and a gulf front hot tub. Sea wind is also the only rental condo on the beach that offers parasailing and jet skiing directly in front of the condo. If you feel you need to get in a workout before you hit the beach, sea wind offers a gulf front state of the art fitness center, working out has never been so relaxing!!
