Tidewater Condominium sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Orange Beach, Alabama. This eighth-floor unit is serviced by two elevators and features nine-foot ceilings, and a private balcony overlooking white-sugar sand beaches. It has a 47" big screen TV and is professionally furnished and decorated.
There is a large fully-furnished kitchen with breakfast bar. Beds include one queen-size in the master bedroom and two bunk beds in the main hallway. There is also a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living area Along with a 47" wide screen TV.
This complex is eight years old and will provide you with one of the most enjoyable beach vacations ever! Relax in the indoor heated pool or Jacuzzi. Lounge around the large outdoor Gulf-side pool, or enjoy working out in the exercise room overlooking the beach, or just sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins.
There are ten exceptional golf courses in the area. Excellent Gulf and backwater fishing, great dining, and fantastic shopping at our 120-store outlet mall. Gambling is just one hour and 45 minutes away in Biloxi, Mississippi.
Minimum three-night stay required. A $65 cleaning fee will be added to each rental. Taxes are included in the rental price. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

We enjoyed our stay at the Tidewater overall. The owners were nice to deal with and helpful. The property was clean and we felt secure as it was gated with coded access. Also a security guard was on duty at night. Some nice restuarants with really good food are near by such as Cosmos and Cobalts, both owned by the same company. Two we didn't like were Cotton's and Tacky Jacks. Also a couple of points about this unit you should know; The closet space is sparse,okay for two people, but our two children could not unpack completely. Also, this unit is on the 8th floor and the elevator is slow and un-airconditioned.......uncomfortable in late June. These issues would not be a deal breaker for us to stay there again, just felt they should be mentioned.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+.

We stayed in the condo the week of Thanksgiving. The unit was spotless. The view was wonderful. The beach was really clean, I have stayed in gulf shores several times before and was amazed at how clean everything was. Our unit was perfect, it had all of the basics plus several extras. Lots of towels, lots of kitchen stuff. It was close to restaurants, and a really good Publics, which had everything. I would like to return as soon as I can. It was a very relaxed vacation. The owners were real nice and so easy to work with I highly recommend this unit.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Our stay was extremely pleasant and relaxing! The condo was very clean and in great condition. The view from the balcony was beautiful as well!

This condo is very nicely furnished with everything you will need for your vacation. The kitchen is fully equiped, and it was a huge plus to have wifi available since I was here on business as well as pleasure. The owner was great to work with and made the reservation process very easy. The location is great and very convenient to grocery shopping, and tons of great restaurants.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
