Enjoy great ocean views from our fifth floor condo. We are close to the beach, on the top floor so you can enjoy the night lights of Puerto Vallarta and the miles of beach along Banderas Bay.
There are 3 bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, one with a double and 2 with twin beds, 2 with ocean view patio doors. Each room has its own remote controlled air conditioner but why not open the windows and enjoy the gentle breeze off the bay and let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep. Our kitchen has just been renovated with wood cabinets and granite counters; our floors have brand spanking new marble with riverstone inlays. Dine at the counter, or entertain at the dining table which seats 8, or enjoy coffee on the terrace with the morning sun, it's your choice. Watch movies or satellite TV from our comfy leather sectional; check your email, we have wifi. For your convenience, there is a laundry/storage room with washer and dryer.
If you rent a car, you can park below our unit in the shade near the elevator. Have fun with the boogie boards and other toys. Relax and read a book or magazine. If you're ambitious, take out our 2 bicycles for a spin to nearby Bucerias or Paradise Village. There are some great coffee shops in Bucerias, fun for a breakfast bagel and coffee. Just remember to relax and have fun.
