This comfortable, one-bedroom condominium is located in the quiet Mountainside area of Frisco. Close to the bike path and hiking trails and is about five blocks from Main Street. This unit has a west-facing deck with wonderful views of Mount Royal and the Ten Mile Range. Sleeping Arrangements: * There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom with plenty of closet space. * The bathroom is just outside the bedroom door * There is a queen-size sofa sleeper in the family room large sectional. Features: * This condominium has a fully-stocked kitchen with breakfast bar separating the kitchen and family room where there are 4 bar stools. * There is a gas fireplace to enjoy while looking out over the deck to the mountains to the west, or watching the 27-inch TV. * Enjoy expanded cable TV service including HBO. * The big advantage of this unit is guests have free access to the newly remodeled clubhouse that has an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, sauna, steam room, and two racquetball courts. * In the summer enjoy the tennis court. * Enjoy the new propane gas grill on the deck. * WiFi is available in the clubhouse, and can sometimes be picked up from the deck.
