Beautiful, new townhome within minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park and walking distance to the town of Estes Park. Newly constructed with upgraded finishes throughout. The covered deck's provide a perfect place to enjoy the breathtaking views of the Continental Divide, and bbq on the grill.
This home has a living/dining/kitchen in the main living area with an additional 1/2 bath and double car garage. The upper level has a loft with sleeper sofa that looks out to the view and down to the gas fireplace in the living room. Also upstairs is the master bedroom with king bed, sitting area and full bath including a jetted tub. The queen bedroom is also upstairs and shares a 3/4 bath with the loft area and has a private balcony. The lower garden level has a full bath, an entertainment area with sofa sleeper, twin day bed and tv. The lower level also has a third bedroom with a set of bunk beds. This unit does have free wireless internet service.

We had a wonderful time at this home. It was very clean, easy to find, and had plenty of room for our entire family. 7 adults and 2 little ones.The kitchen was very nice, and had everything we needed. It was convenient to downtown and the main highway. The only faults we found were the very small living room area, small dining table; but there were stools at the kitchen island for additional seating, and the parking was very limited. We did have a deer that hung out right below our balcony, there was a coyote in the neighborhood, and there was a mama bear and 2 cubs right outside the garage one evening. Overall, we would definately recommend this home. The owners were very nice, very accommodating, and easy to get along with. Thank you for sharing your home.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
