Trout Fishing August & September is fabulous!
If you haven't skied Mount Crested Butte, you must! Known for Extreme skiing, it also has many green runs for beginners. Enjoy a cup of coffee from on top of the mountain or ski on over to the Ice Bar (Yes, the bar is really made out of ice) for a cocktail. There's nothing like it!
(FYI: You can rent huge lockers right there, no need to transport ski's back-n-forth, so convenient)
The townhouse is located approximately one mile from the town of Crested Butte, where you'll find tons of shopping and fabulous cuisine. Golf is right out the front door. Fabulous Crested Butte Ski Area just minutes away. (They have adult & childrens ski school too.)Free shuttle from town, easy parking, ride up and be dropped off right in front. Very easy and relaxing, just like the town.
The townhouse is approximately 30 minutes from Gunnison. The Gunnison Airport receives flights from United Express, United, and American. They also have car rental available. (Budget, Hertz & Avis 970-641-2624) Alpine Express provides a shuttle bus service from Gunnison to Crested Butte for door-to-door service.
Townhouse has 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 twin & a bunk that is a double on the bottom and twin on top located in the loft, sleeping 9 total. 3 Full & 1- 1/2 bath. Full size washer & dryer.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love Crested Butte! It is fabulous to visit during all seasons. In the winter, skiing is just fabulous. Summer, the wild flowers are breathe taking. Spring and fall, just gorgeous. Tons of activities and the food!!! What wonderful restaurants and quaint shopping.
The townhouse is furnished with all the comforts of home. From WIFI & DISH to comfortable beds and nice sheets. And lets not forget the views. Wow!

We just spent an amazing week over Christmas 2011 in this beautiful, well appointed home on the golf course at Crested Butte. The owners and their property manager took great care of every detail. The home is lovely and quite close to both the town and a short, easy drive to the ski area. Despite a poor amount of snow this year..the ski area was well groomed each evening and about 70 percent of the runs were open. We had plenty of room for the 5 adults in our party. Hope to return again in the spring or summer. We highly recommend this property.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had such a wonderful time at this condo! It is spacious, well-decorated, cozy and lovely. We loved the location - only a few minutes from town - and the views are wonderful! We highly recommend the property and appreciated how easy the owners were to deal with - very accomodating.

EXQUISITE. We have been going to Crested Butte for years and have stayed in many many places. This property is absolutely the finest we've ever stayed in. The floorplan, the view, the quality, the comfort, the peaceful location, and (most important) a very caring owner make this the best value in the Crested Butte Valley. Hassle free. We'll never stay anywhere else. It is so beautiful my mouth dropped open when I first entered - I did not want to leave.

We really enjoyed our time in Crested Butte. The small town environment was very charming. The condo unit was great as well. We were very impressed with the way the decorated and accesorized. The skiing and snowmobiling was great. We look forward to our next visit.

This is our second year staying here. The condo is beautiful, well furnished and comfortable. It is located minutes from town. The Wild Flower festival is fabulous and restaurants outstanding. We fly non-stop into Denver on Southwest and drive down. It is a breathe taking 4 hrs drive. My husband & I love the scenery. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone interested in visiting Crested Butte. Judy
