This tastefully appointed 2 br/2ba luxury residence offers worry-free comfort and ease. No car is needed because everything is just outside your door. Ski to the lifts next door, stroll to dining, shopping, nightlife and the free gondola that transports guest throughout Telluride. Our spacious floor plan comfortably sleeps a maximum of eight people while providing privacy to all guests. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with king bed featuring Vera Wang bedding and private bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower stall and double vanity.
Also upstairs is a den with a queen sleeper sofa, ample seating, plenty of wardrobe storage space and expansive views of the mountain and ski slopes from the loft balcony.
Downstairs is a private bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom featuring a steam shower and double vanity. This downstairs bedroom and bathroom is handicapped accessible, making it easy for older guests and children. The living room features a leather queen sleeper sofa, large flat-screen television and plenty of storage space.
Just off the entry foyer, the downstairs living space features an expansive open area capped off with a soaring three-story ceiling and wall of glass overlooking the ski slopes and the mountain. The kitchen easily flows into the living and dining spaces so that no guests feel isolated or removed from conversation or the flickering light of the stone fireplace.
From the living room, a glass door opens onto an expansive 30 ft. x 18 ft. private deck with private spa hot tub and direct views to the slopes.
For work and play, there is wireless, high-speed internet available in all rooms of the residence, cable television, DVD player, VCR plus plenty of books to read, board games, DVDs and CDs to enjoy.
For your convenience in Mountain Village there is Dial-a-Ride, a complimentary limousine shuttle service that will pick you up from your door and take you anywhere within the Telluride Mountain Village… shops, the market, package store, post office and other amenities of this unique mountain setting. If you prefer, we offer a pantry and refrigerator stocking service that can outfit the residence prior to your arrival.

About the owner: This is a picture of us on a hike at Blue Lake when the summer flowers were at their height.
Why the Owner Chose Mountain Village:
We had skiied for years at Aspen and Vail, but after spending 2 days in Telluride, we were hooked. It is an extremely friendly and unpretenious community; just bring jeans and sweaters and you'll fit in wherever you go! My husband is an expert skiier and I am a cautious one (green). We spend a month here in the winter, four months in the summer and never get bored. We feel that we have the best of both world's -- we're in the quiet part of Mountain Village's core, but just minutes away from the free gondola to the town of Telluride. In the winter, you can ski down to Lift 4 and the ski school in about 2 minutes.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
We love our location; it is minutes away from everything in the core of Mountain Village, but in the quietest part. We also spend a great deal of time on our large deck, which is a rarity in the area. Because we spend so much time at our place in the summer, we have thought through what folks really use and need at their 'home away from home.' There's always alot of music in Telluride, including restaurants, festivals and special performances at the Sheridan Opera House. When you get to town, grab a copy of the Daily Planet and you'll find all kind of fun things to do.
