In the heart of lower Montecito Village, a contemporary Spanish duplex, very private, 1 bedroom, 1 bath/shower, living room, gourmet custom kitchen, washer/dryer, large closets, radiant heat bamboo floors. The backyard is quiet, has a relaxing patio area with table and chairs, and a gas BBQ grill. This private country lane is within easy, flat walking distance of all that Montecito's Coast Village Road has to offer. It is within a 5-minute walk to the Montecito Inn Cafe, Lucky's, Jeannine's Bakery, Mollie's Trattatoria, and Cava's famous mojitos. Art galleries, local boutiques, salons, and other shopping destinations are also conveniently located on this local street. The world famous Butterfly Beach, Biltmore Beach, and the Four Seasons Biltmore are only three blocks away. It's easy to grab a boogie board/towel and be on the beach, gazing at the Pacific Ocean in a short eight-minute walk. Dolphin pass by daily, whales are seen occasionally, and the sunsets are incredible! Bikes, boogie boards, kayak and surfboard are all available to use at no extra charge. Beach towels too! Come relax in Montecito and enjoy the cool ocean breezes, convenience of a full kitchen, the option of local fine dining, and downtown Santa Barbara is only ten minutes away! The wharf, the zoo, the beaches, the Mission, the hiking, the fun! Come enjoy gorgeous Montecito! $225/night $1400/week $2400/two weeks $4000/month **This duplex is capable of sleeping a family with kids (with some on the sleeper/sofa, an inflatable mattress, etc.), but it is designed for two. Because of this, we charge $10 per night for each person in addition to a couple. This cost is mainly to cover water, cleaning, and laundry fees. ***Unfortunately, because of a new policy for the county of Santa Barbara, we are now forced to charge an additional bed tax of 10% to all stays that are less than 30 days. This money goes to the city; they found our vacation rental listing and now we can't get out of it! Sorry for the inconvenience.
