This is a small town in San Diego. Not too crowded, not too small. Still quaint, downtown Carlsbad is a walking community. Many good restaurants, great beach, walk to train station and the BEST weather.

This is a beach studio. Studio is furnished with a 27" flat screen T.V. with cable. Convertible sofa/sleeper (double). Kitchen area with refrigerator, stove/oven and a microwave. Bike is included for free (without warrantee) to ride around. Pets are welcome!
1 mile to beach/ 1/2 mile to the Village in Carlsbad. Less than a mile to the train station.
