Our Pool side unit is located in a GULF-FRONT complex and has a view of the ocean from our deck and living room. It has recently been remodeled and has tile in the living room.
Relax at our family-oriented condominium nestled in a court yard setting complete with grills and barbecue area poolside. Large deck, perfect for enjoying the sun, the view or outdoor dining. Located on the third floor in a beautiful gulf front low-rise complex, it is only steps to the white sandy beach and emerald waters.
This is a kick back-take your shoes off-enjoy your family kind of place. One of the few small complex's left on PC Beach. Park in front of the condo and walk up the stairs to the top floor. No fancy elevators here. You'll enjoy the view of Thomas Drive, the courtyard and the pool. In a few short steps you'll be walking in the sugar white sand and enjoying the gulf breeze.
It is tastefully decorated, has mirrored walls, ceiling fans, a private master bedroom with king size bed. Twin beds are in the loft and the queen sofa sleeper can accommodate two people. It has a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, and ice maker.
