We make 4 - 6 trips annually to NW Florida for beach time and fishing. We continue to return back this condo for many reasons when we are in Panama City. Location - On the less crowded and quiet end of PCB, Access - Easy to find, easy access and good parking for my boat. Restaurants - Plenty close by and many of which are the best on the beach (Try Captains Table). Cleanliness - Always clean as a whistle! Continually Improved - It is very evident that this owner takes pride in providing a comfortable and fully equipped condo for their guests. Continually updating and improving the unit to ensure it's equipped with quality furnishings and ammenities, something new each time we stay. Highly recommend this one for a pleasurable family experience.

Great place, all amenities were there. Perfect location close to shopping and restaurants but far enough away from the bustle. Weather was perfect and the hostess accomidating.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary get away, and it was perfect, close to everything and super clean. Beach chair rental was great as well, we will be back. as for the owner she was the BEST to deal with.

We had a great time in this condo. Our experience from beginning to end was very pleasant and easy! Gloria (Condo Owner) goes beyond the call of duty to ensure that you have a wonderful time and that everything is in tip top condition. Our teenage grandchildren loved the loft - we gad a great view of the pool. The condo is in a great location. Again, I cannot say enough about how pleasant Gloria is and how nice the condo was!

Owner response:I usually don't have the opportunity to meet guest that rent from me. I was at the condo having some repair work done on the vertical blinds and had the pleasure of meeting this family when they arrived. Grandparents and three beautiful granddaughters. It was a pleasure to meet them. Can't think of a better way to spend time with your grandchildren than at the beach.

We loved it! Extra clean and very affordable ! First day there A/C had a problem called Ms. Gloria and she got right on it and had it repaired immediately! What a great response to assist us and so fast! We once stayed at another place before that had a similar problem ( as we all know anything mechanical is subject to quit working proper at anytime ) and the owner was hard to reach and did not return our calls for hours. When he finally did he told us it would not be able to do anything until he checked it out himself. Not Ms. Gloria she had the repair crew on the way before we hung the phone up! She even offered us a refund to get another place if we wanted to. We said no way the place was so nice we did not want to go anywhere else! Kudos for her and her great response! It is good to know that they are still people out there that strives to provide outstanding satisfaction to their tennants. We will definately be back to stay again. Its quiet, far away from the crazy folks on the strip, but a short drive to any section of the city you want to visit! The beach is beautiful and a short walk to it. I would recommend that if you want to stay in a very clean , roomy Condo at a very fair market value contact Ms. Gloria!

Owner response:Guest were great! Very understanding. Temporary repair work was done to make the guest comfortable. A new 2 ton a/c-13 SEER (inside & outside unit) is on order and will be installed this week. Was out of town when I got the news but a phone call to Peaden a/c took care of the problem within about an hour of calling for service. I'm blessed to have great guest rent from me!

We were very happy with our stay even though it was only 3 nights, wished we could have stayed longer! The owner Gloria was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. My boys loved sleeping up in the loft and the board games. There was a huge selection of movies to watch as well. My family enjoyed the pool most of the time -although the beach was just beautiful! Located in a nice area on Thomas Dr. convenient to major stores and restaurants. Would love to return on our next vacation to PCB!

We stayed in this wonderful property in April for a spring break. It was so nice and clean, my daughter loved the loft with the tropical theme. This unit has wireless so the lap top was able to be used. The beach is only steps away and the pool area was very nice. This owner was great in working with us on a short notice. very nice lady. I would recommend.

Absolutely great!! The room was great. Everything you could need is already there. The pool area is absolutely spectacular. There are grills near the pool that we used twice during our stay. The pool area/ courtyard has a very tropical feel that reminds me of the islands. No matter if you stay in a unit by the pool or at the beach there is only a short walk to the beach. The wireless internet works great. There is nothing left to say. It was great!!! We will be bck next summer.

Gloria was an absolute pleasure to work with on setting up our vacation plans. We hit a small snag in our original plans and Gloria worked with us through the whole thing. She adds personal touches that I have never experienced from a vacation rental. We absolutely loved the condo! It was beautiful and relaxing. Our girls really enjoyed the loft area and we loved being able to sit on the balcony and watch them in the pool. The cabana on the beach was also an extra bonus. We met several other people there who paid way more for their condo and did not get a cabana with their rental. Just one more example of Gloria's thoughtfulness. We will definitely be returning and recommending Gloria's unit to all of our friends! Thank you for everything, Gloria.

It is nice to finally find a condo that is like "home away from home" where you can find salt & pepper, a working blender, useful info and menus on the fridge, a good fast icemaker, something to read (books & mags), a deck of cards, and most importantly, a non-stick pan for muffins and as well as a non-stick pan for eggs!!Nobody ever has those. Your unit is comfortable and welcoming, which is not easy to find in most rentals!Thank you sooooo much:-)

What a wonderful unit! Gloria is a gracious hostess, having left fresh tomatoes for us in the refrigerator. The unit was sparkling and we loved overlooking the pool. A great property highly recommended!

“Gloria, I really enjoyed my last visit to your Nautical Watch condo D 12. It is so much nicer and well-kept than some that I have seen. This is the second time that we - family of three from Germany - have stayed in this condo. AGAIN we were more than happy. The resort itself is a kind of Key West style - much nicer than these uniform highrise units. The resort and the condo itself are well maintained, at the beach - no street to pass and near by PCB best restaurants. Gloria the owner made everything and more possible to make our stay an unforgetable time. The "creme on the cake" is the bed/cabana/umbrella on the beach included in the price. Comment after staying at a different complex: I must tell you Gloria, you have me spoiled. Edgewater was O.K. but it wasn't the same. It wasn't as clean, there was NO COFFEE!!! It just didn't seem like home. I felt out of place the whole weekend. The boys enjoyed the strip and spring break but the younger ones would have been happier with the pool and the beach.
