This condo is spectacular! It is in the perfect location for anyone who wants to take in the best of Missoula. Minutes away from hiking, skiing, golfing , and world-class fishing, this place has the best of everything. This comfortable, elegant space truly does have a Tuscan feel to it. It is beautifully appointed with luxurious amenities, including the linens. I love all of the crystal chandeliers, the marble and the tile. The down couches are incredibly comfortable and the kitchen has everything needed to cook gourmet meals. If cooking is not your thing, there are many great choices for taking in great cuisine around Missoula. Located right downtown, there are numerous fabulous restaurants all within walking distance and one (Scotty’s) which is right in the same building. The large, expansive windows invite the beauty of Missoula inside. The eastern wall of windows overlooks downtown Missoula, Mount Sentinel and the University of Montana, while the southern windows overlooks the Clark Fork river and Caras Park. From the windows you can sit and watch the surfers and kayakers practice their skills on Brennan’s Wave, a whitewater recreation spot named after Brennan Guth. The Wilma Theatre is on the street level of the building and you can always catch a great movie there. If you are lucky enough to be there during one of the popular film festivals, you will enjoy the numerous choices of films and the energy that comes along with those events. If you like to be in the middle of the action, then this is the place to be. I would recommend this to anyone who has high standards. You won’t be disappointed. And, yes…. that copper tub is just as luxurious as it looks in the picture. Some bubbles, a glass of wine and it is the perfect place to relax and watch Missoula go by.

Having been to Missoula 8 times in the past 2 years (our son is an out-of-state student at the university), we've tried most of the nearby hotels and bed & breakfasts. Wanting to plan a lengthier stay this past August/Sept., we searched for something a bit homier where we could have coffee in our pj's in the morning and eat in if we wished. We struck gold when we found this condo online. A beautifully decorated & furnished perch with fantastic views of Missoula, the Clark-Fork river & the mountains. Clean & well maintained, it was fully equipped for all our needs, even allowing for some creative cooking for our son & his friends. It certainly helped that the farmers' market was directly below us on Sat. mornings! Plus several fantastic restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Pamela & David Guth were helpful with any questions & getting us situated. They did a fantastic job in renovating this condo & I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for that step beyond.

We had to opportunity to spend ten days in wonderful Missoula and what a great place to call home during our stay. My husband and I were traveling with our infant son as well as my Mother and we were all accommodated nicely. We were in the middle of all downtown activities and just a short walk to the University for Graduation. The views were spectacular and amenities were more than we could have ask for. We will definitely reach out to David and Pam on our next visit to Missoula.

I was fortunate enough to stay at this beautiful condo while visiting Missoula. I will never forget having a glass of wine while sitting in the copper tub watching the snow fall on the mountains just outside the window. It was so relaxing and beautiful! The views are amazing. It really is a perfect retreat while still being walking distance to all the best restaurants and shops.

I recently stayed at this condo while visiting Missoula. I was blown away by the decor and views. I will never forget soaking in the copper tub while drinking a glass of wine and looking out the window at the snow falling on the surrounding mountains. Or sitting by the fire and looking out at the Clark Fork River. It was so relaxing and beautiful! It truely is a peaceful retreat right in the heart of downtown. If you do ever leave, you are right in the middle of all the great restaurants and shopping that Missoula has to offer. There really is no where else I'd rather stay! I can't wait to get back!

My wife and I just wrapped up a successful house hunting trip to Missoula. I must say that our stay at the Wilma was truly icing on the cake. From the time that you cross the threshold you feel completely at home. The warmth of the decor, the luxury of all of the details and the stunning views from every window were a highlight for us and our guests. Take our word for it...you do not want to rent a hotel room in this town if David and Pamela have room for you at the Wilma!

This stunning unit is a close as you can get to being in the heart of downtown Missoula! While we were there for the weekend, we looked out over kayakers surfing on the Clark Fork River, a bustling Higgins Avenue, and a vibrant farmer's market. The location is as good as it gets, but more so, the exquisite finishes and comforts of this unit are great. It feels like a European-flavored romantic and spacious get-away, while overlooking mountains, downtown and river. What a completely satisfying and comfortable place to stay. The Wilma building is nicely re-done with a mid-century art deco flavor and home to a great independent theater on the street level. The icing on the cake is the fine dining at Scotty's Table located on the ground level. So whether it is lounging in luxury, watching tv/films on the flat screen in bed or in the living room, or gazing out the windows watching Missoula bustle by, or kayaking out the front door, or going to films, or fine dining, this unit has it all. You will not regret staying here, and would possibly length your stay just because of how comfortable you will be here!

This is one of the most beautifully decortaed condos we have ever stayed in. The views on the Montana range were spectacular and the location was really practical: we parked our car and never needed it again to go around town to all the funky shops and great restaurants. And Brennan's wave was a great playspot to both kayak and watch others. I can't wait to visit Missoula again!

At this moment I am enjoying a spectacular view of the mountains and river from this very special 7th floor condo. After a 10 day stay I hate to leave but will undoubtedly return. The decor and amenities are five star; the owners are a joy to deal with. I highly recommend this property. Randy H.

Have travelled to Missoula several times and was looking for an alternative to the standard hotel room. This condo is absolutely beautiful and David and Pamela were very gracious hosts. The Wilma is a very cool building and located in a great spot downtown right on the river. This condo has a great view of the Clark Fork river and Mount Sentinel and the décor and furnishings are amazing. Marble counter tops, hard wood floor, tile bathrooms, you do feel like you are in an Italian villa. Very roomy but cozy feeling at the same time.Great location within 2-3 blocks of all the downtown restaurants and shops and a short walk across the bridge to more restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay here again when I am in Missoula. Thank you David and Pamela. Clark Butler
