Why the Owner Chose Other Las Vegas Properties
This neighborhood is HomeOwners Association and CC&R Free. It is like the Country in the Heart of Las Vegas. The Trees are Very Mature and provide great shade and privacy. There is lots of grassy areas for large events and a tropical pool with waterfall. I have also redone the pool decorated with dolphins, turtles, fish and an octopus in the jacuzzi. There is alot of driveway and street parking.
The Unique Benefits at this House
With 3 Floors for living and entertaining, you can have alot of people in the house and be comfortable. The basement has a great pool table. Instead of the Dining Room Table that didn't get used much, we switched out for a bar area with additional seating that the guests love. We have a Piano, if you like to play. TV's in all the rooms. Lots of Chaise Lounges, Large Outdoor Table, Outdoor Heater, Fire pit area and BBQ for Great Outdoor Entertaining. The Kitchen has all newer Appliances and is very open with a counter and seating for conversation which flows into a great dining and family room areas.

After another rental canceled on us last minute, Old World Estate came to the rescue by allowing us to host our large wedding at this home. The house is enormous and accommodated some of our out-of-town family. It sits on a huge lot with lots of green grass (which is hard to find in Las Vegas) We were able to set up for our ceremony,150 chairs to create a beautiful aisle! Our guests stayed cool during the ceremony under the nice shade from the trees in the yard. We turned the deck into our own dance floor and the gazebo into a fully stocked bar! I was really satisfied with the owners for tending to our specific needs and requests. Our wedding was beautiful thanks to this house! I would stay there again if the occasion rises and recommend this property to anyone. I do suggest that you visit the house if you are concerned about the looks of it. The house looks different than pictured on this site.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
