This privately owned and tastefully decorated condo in Incline Village will feel just like home. This rare 1800 square foot, three-bedroom, three-bath McCloud condo is beautifully maintained and tucked away in a serene and private setting, just minutes from Lake Tahoe, and the Hyatt. This airy second floor unit is full of light and kept meticulously clean.
Special Features: This condo has just been completely up-dated. It has all new paint, tile floors, granite countertops in the kitchen with stainless appliances. Some new furniture, up-dated bedrooms and bathrooms. When you enter the unit, you will immediately notice the beautiful and spacious floor plan. The fully stocked, open kitchen is perfect for the gourmet chef. Plenty of essential cooking tools and ingredients have been provided for your convenience...even spices! The kitchen opens to a beautiful dining cove featuring a hanging chandelier and a dining table that comfortably seats six. Just off the dining room is the cozy living room which has beautiful vaulted ceilings, a river rock gas fireplace, a new queen sleeper sofa, and lots of comfortable seating.
The living room includes a flat screen TV, DVD player, video player, and stereo. We have a nice library of family videos and lots of fun games for those quiet evenings at home in front of the fireplace. This unit has a private deck with French doors which open to the dining room. The deck has a gas grill and overlooks the majestic tree-lined walkways of the McCloud complex. One of this unit’s three bedrooms is located downstairs and features a Queen size bed, a TV with video player and a garden window looking out to the beautiful alpine trees surrounding the condominium. Next to the bedroom is a full bathroom with a bath/shower/tub.
The stairs to the second level of this unit are conveniently located just off the entry. Upstairs you will find the spacious master bedroom suite with vaulted ceilings, double closets, a queen bed, TV and a compact disc player. There is a full bathroom with a shower/bath and skylight connected to the master suite. The second bedroom is just down the hall and features twin beds, and a garden window. Another full bathroom with a shower/bath is located next door to this bedroom. There is a full size washer and dryer also located on this level.
The Incline Village community has two golf courses, two private beaches for home-owners, and guests, one with a pool and one with a boat ramp, and play-ground equipment. Both beaches have incredible mountain views, snack bars, and bathrooms. The Incline recreation center has an indoor pool and sauna, lighted tennis courts, racquetball, a full fitness center, and child care facilities. There are minimal charges for guests, with daily or weekly rates available for all of these facilities. The beautiful (public) Sand Harbor beach with its breath-taking views, is just a short drive away.
For those ski enthusiasts, there are many ski resorts minutes away. NorthStar, 25 minutes, Mount Rose, 15 minutes, Squaw Valley, Heavenly, Sugar Bowl, and Alpine Meadows,(45 minutes). The Diamond Peaks Ski Resort in Incline Village is a very friendly family resort just minutes away.
Unfortunatly, the Homeowners Association rules do not allow pets, campers, motorhomes, or house trailers. Pet boarding is available nearby at Pet Network of Incline Village.
This is a beautifully decorated unit that is clean and comfortable and offers something for everyone. In the unit’s separate, detached garage you will find beach chairs for your use,as well as winter "snow toys". This really is the perfect family retreat!

I purchased this property because I love the mountains. I thought it would be a great place to come with my children, and hopefully grandchildren someday. It is so close to the lake, and to everything. You could live there without a car and still have access to it all. What can I say.....we love it! It is our home away from home.
