We had a great stay in this McCloud condo. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms were very comfortable, and there was plenty of common space for everyone to relax in. It is so much bigger than the standard two-bedroom condos at McCloud. And, of course, it's ridiculously convenient to Diamond Peak where our kids enjoy skiing. The owner is very easy to deal with too and great about responding to emails. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic Find

This comfortable condo was even better in person than in the pictures. The location is great and the community is quiet. We wanted to find a place to accomodate our family of 8 adults. We were in town to attend a wedding and this worked out perfect for everyone to relax, with plenty of space for everyone to get ready for the festivities. Our extended family enjoyed a long weekend in Elaine's condo in early January. We had a wonderful time! The condo is one of the best equipped we've stayed in. The kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare fun dinners if you want to stay in. There is even a large selection of spices in the spice rack. The two floors allow for privacy as well as togetherness in the spacious communal areas. The beds are comfortable and everything is spotlessly clean. Elaine was easy to work with and we felt truly welcomed. The location is ideal. We walked to the beach every day and enjoyed watching sunset on Lake Tahoe.

What a Deal!!!

This was our second stay at this amazing, top notch condo. We went with another family and enjoyed using the well equipped kitchen that has everything you could possibly need. Even though there was no snow (but what they made at diamond peak/ mount rose) the skiing was quite good/ reasonable and not crowded. Also, enjoyed an amazing 10 mile round-trip hike to Marlette Lake (past spooner) which was frozen and a polar dip in beautiful lake tahoe. The cabin is very clean, beautifully decorated, and includes quality towels/ sheets. We rarely repeat destinations but couldn't pass out this stand out deal!!!

We just returned from a two month stay in this McCloud unit. It was wonderful. It has been beautifully updated and decorated. The kitchen has all new appliances, great glassware, dishes and flatware, everything and more of what is needed for a short or extended stay. The location is ideal, one block from the lake. It is within walking distance to most everything in town. This has been such a positive experience for us, we would rent this same unit again next year if it is available. The owner of this unit was a delight to deal with, always making sure that everything was perfect for us.

Best Vacation Rental Ever

The cabin was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 friends along ski vacation. We loved the lay out furninishings, and extras like games and a well equipped kitchen. We usually stay in my in-laws 2 BR mccloud cabin but it was taken and the extra space was really nice. It's a great location- close to skiing, the beach, and a hot tub! Played sand volleyball and skied in the same day. Life is Good! Skied Mt. Rose several days and Diamond Peak 1 day. Super fun. The owner was very nice and easy to deal with. Highly recommend this very clean, beautiful cabin with comfortable beds and all the amenities of home.

Condo was very clean, modern and roomy. Having three restroom in the house was a plus. Location of the condo is on the further side of the Incline Village from the California line, BUT Casinos, grocery stores and gas station (all the convenience you need) were within one to two minutes of driving distance at most. We went during the winter when there were lots of snow. And we were able to drive less than 2 minutes to a recreation center from the cabin to sled down the the roomy hill for FREE! And of course we made a snowman, which we can never dream of making one in the Bay Area. It was perfect for our little ones. What made it even better was that if you forgot to bring a sled or don't own one, couple of sleds were ready for use in the garage of the cabin. Overall the stay was fantastic! We are already planning our summer trip to this cabin. I can't wait! And Elaine - love her! She was super helpful from the beginning to the end of our stay

After many McCloud visits, we have finally found our favorite, by far!

We have rented in Incline several times a year for many years. It didn't take us long to discover that McCloud was the nicest and most convenient place to stay. We have vacationed at many McCloud units over the years but none as nice as this. We will be coming back to this one over and over again. The owner was absolutely pleasant and wonderful to work with and her home was even nicer than described. When we opened the door we felt instantly at home and comfortable. It wad more attractive than what we had seen in the pictures. Everything was nicely updated, beautifully furnished, and sparkling clean. Special touches like helpful maps and ski, recreation and restaurant information were left on the counter. The flat screen TV in the living room was appreciated while watching fall football and the beautifully equipped high-end kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with just about anything you might need. The beds were extra cozy and comfortable and the master bathroom was light and bright with beautiful skylights. The beach was within just a few minutes walking distance and we were able to walk from there to the wonderful Lone Eagle Grill for cocktails and sunsets each night. Being able to walk right down to and along the lake in the morning and then just a few more minutes up to the coffee shop was so convenient. What a great place! Thank you for sharing with us Elaine, we can see why you love it so much.

Beautiful Tahoe Townhouse

We had a wonderful stay in this condominium. It is large and beautifully decorated and remodeled. We are familiar with units in this condo complex, and this unit is particularly well-kept and roomy. It was impeccably clean when we arrived, and all of the details (from beach passes to helpful tips) were neatly arranged by the owner, who was great to work with. We love staying in Incline when we are in Tahoe, and the McCloud Complex's location is perfect within Incline - walking distance to many great restaurants, the beach, and the Hyatt. This unit is a gem within McCloud, and we hope to return for another vacation soon! We would whole-heartedly recommend this property to our friends and relatives.

Wonderful accomodations

My family attended a graduation at Sierra Nevada College and stayed at this most wonderful condo. It was near everything, but secluded enough so that we didn't think we were in the "middle of town". There was plenty of room for the family; beds were comfortable; the kitchen was well furnished and extremely clean. Our hostess has been most helpful and easy to talk to concerning the stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your lovely condo. It was clean, well equipped and extremely spacious and private. Thank you for being so gracious and accommodating. What a nice place for a larger family or a group of adults. The 3 bathrooms is certainly a plus. McCloud was convenient to everywhere we chose to ski. The hot tub is certainly a bonus as well after a long day on the slopes. We look forward to visiting again!

Hawaiians on Vacation!!

The unit was very well maintained and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there and felt right at home. We loved the fireplace! Great neighborhood, close to a little town where we could get anything we needed. Very nice! Elaine handled the transaction great. Kept in close contact with me and I felt like I could reach her with any question I had. Got all the information to me very promptly and the deposit was sent back right away. The Perfect Vacation

We absolutely loved this condo! Every room was beautifully decorated. Kitchen was the best we've ever had. Lots of extras to make our stay most comfortable. The owner was most helpful answering any questions we had. It was meticulously clean and had fresh flowers to welcome us. Very convenient location. Grocery store was minutes away; very important for families with hungry teenage boys! We skied at 5 different resorts under the most beautiful blue skies. It was nice having a garage for night ski storage. I have traveled to many places and have never seen anything more beautiful than Lake Tahoe. I loved driving through the quaint mountain towns around the lake. I would definitely recommend this condo for other travelers. We hope to stay here again someday.

Great condo in brilliant location, we walked to the beach with our two young children. The condo is beautifully decorated and feels very homely. All the rooms are a great size and there is everything provided that you could want, they even have beach chairs in the garage and games and videos for the kids. The owner couldn't have been more helpful when I was booking giving us lots of information. I would definately recomend the condo to friends and would rent again when we return to the USA.
