Very private, cozy, simple and comfortable lakefront house in the woods. Just 400 yards to public beach. House has a big living room with fireplace, kitchen, master bedroom with a king size bed, second bedroom with queen size bed, one full bath. There is a cozy sunroom with full size pull-out sofa and wood burning fireplace. Home includes high speed cable internet, Cable TV and DVD, Washer and Dryer. The house has all amenities except central air-conditioning, which you really don't need (there is a wall unit if you hit a heat wave).
All you need is to bring your towels for the beach and bathing, linens provided. All kitchen cooking utensils are provided. Large mowed yard perfect for playing Frisbee, soccer, etc…surrounded by trees, and, there’s a great fire pit with sitting benches around where you can roast marshmallows! Ideal for 6 people.
Plenty of fresh fruit stands, farms, and local wineries with great wine within minutes to visit and enjoy. Only two hours from Chicago! This is the perfect place to relax and escape!
Short drives to South Haven to the north and St. Joseph to the south ensures plenty of unforgettable fun! The downtown areas has plenty of shopping opportunities, delicious restaurants, museums, live music/theatre, unique shops, art galleries and much more. Each town has its own lighthouse and boat-filled harbors, featuring individual charm and unique attractions! Close to golf courses
