Osprey Estate is a stunning family owned 10 acre waterfront compound located on the north shore of Wolf Bay, about four north of Orange Beach.
This is an extraordinary piece of real estate, and is fully equipped for exceptional people.
Osprey Chateau is the largest villa within the estate. It is a newer home that features somewhat of a French chateau style.
The high elevation of this waterfront villa affords dramatic panoramic views from nearly every window, and every veranda!
Osprey Chateau is maintained and cared for to the highest of standards, and those who enjoy and know the difference will appreciate what we have to offer.
Osprey Chateau is very upscale! Properties like this are rarely offered to the public. The interior is open and large, encompassing nearly 6000 square feet. It features marble, granite, and the finest Italian porcelain throughout, along with custom wood cabinets! The kitchen is set up for entertaining, and even features a 53" plasma tv!
Osprey Chateau features a fantastic swimming pool that is located directly off of the cooking cabana! The cabana is equipped with professional grilling equipment straight out of a restaurant supply company that you must use to believe!
And the gameroom is super cool! It features a pool table, two leather sleeper sofas, a kitchen, refrigerator, flat screen, a 6' ceiling fan, Xbox, a dvd library, board games, and more! And just off the gameroom is a private deck with an outside toilet and shower nestled in under the oaks!
The Osprey Yacht (actually a pontoon boat) named "Paradise" is included with the Chateau! It is available to Chateau guests at least 3 days per week at no charge! (you pay for the fuel you use, and a damage deposit is required for the boat).
Osprey Estate is not your traditional vacation property. It is very quiet here. Very secluded! And very upscale!
Outside Features:
Kayaks; bicycles; private outside shower & potty; a covered motor coachport that will accomodate the largest RVs on the road (extra fee to use the coachport); a stone fire pit at the water's edge; 2 large picnic tables;covered boat dockage for up to a 60-foot yacht; covered parking for three vehicles; screened pool lanai tables for outdoor dining; chase lounges; and two hammocks.
Most don't want to leave Osprey Estate when they get here. BUT, if it's interaction with others that you desire, you are a 10 minute boat ride to The Wharf, where you'll find all kinds of restaurants, bars, shops, Rave theater, and a world class amphitheater featuring the top entertainment available. 15 minutes away by boat is the World famous LuLu's (Jimmy Buffet's sister). The beautiful Soldiers Creek Golf Club is only a five minute drive to the North. The infamous Pirates Cove is 4 miles away (best "dive" bar and hamburger joint on the Coast). Are you a shopper? The largest outlet mall in the South is only 10 miles back into civilization. (can't get there by boat though).
