  First of all Susie was very easy to work with! The staff at Ko Olina Resort were very friendly and helpful, they booked our excursions for a Dolphin Swim, Shark Encounter, and Paradise Cove Luau. This Condo was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 teenagers, the boys shared a room and had their own bathroom and our daughter had her own room with her own bathroom and they were on the opposite side of the condo from the master suite. The condo was very quiet, clean, was exactly as listed and the kitchen was well equipped. I loved the lanai with the sliding glass doors that opened up the entire length of the wall which was an extention to the main kitchen/living area. My favorite thing in the morning was to sit out on the Lanai with a cup of coffee/breakfast and enjoy the morning sun and view. In my opinion the location was perfect, the entire Ko Olina area was very pretty and it was far enough away from the busy city with easy access to the highway to get anywhere on the island. Costco and Safeway were only 10 minutes away and we pretty much BBQ'ed and ate all our meals in our condo, with an exception if we were out on our excursions. We took a evening walk with up the road with other adult friends and had drinks at the Monkey Pod restaurant in the little shopping center, where there is an ABC store with grocery items as well. We never made it the Disney Resort to eat at their restaurants, we too busy relaxing. The Laggon was perfect, you could just float out there on a floaty and didn't have to worry about the kids and the waves. On Friday and Saturdays you can rent kayaks or paddle boards, that was fun! We did not end up using the workout room, but my husband took advantage and did his morning runs along the pathed beach and around the resorts. Paradise Cove is just a couple of lagoons up and there is sea turtles that swim right up to you, amazing! As far as the pool the main desk provided pool towels, but the pool set up was hard for larger familes or groups and there were never enough lounge chairs. The bar staff was very friendly and you could do a room charge if needed. The only thing that could improve would to have more bath towels in the unit and another flat screen TV in the back bedroom. I would definantly rent this unit again, recomend it to friends/famliy, and would be interested in other Hawaii Premier Rentals on the other Islands. Susie was so friendly and easy to work with. Thanks for a great stay, it was so hard to leave!

  Our extended family recently spent a vacation in this Ko Olina Condo. The owner was easy to work with in the planning process thru the vacation stay. The unit is as beautiful as described and shown on the site and perhaps more so in person once you arrive and add the ocean breezes and the ocean view. The location within the complex is excellent and this unit is the closest to the beach areas (with the exception of the few end cap units facing the beach). The views from the living areas and the lanai are wonderful and once the sliding glass doors are opened, you are treated to a Hawaiian style open air living area that flows from the kitchen and living room area out to the lanai and the ocean beyond. The unit is spacious and in our case couple had a bedroom with a private bathroom. The unit is was clean upon check-in and well equipped in the kitchen area and there is an assortment of sporting and beach equipment left to share with the tenants. The owners use the Ko Olina on site management who are there 24 hours a day to assist the guests. The check-in and our process were very simple with them and they were very attentive to requests for assistance during the stay. I would highly recommend a stay in this beautiful unit at the quiet and relaxing villa in Ko Olina.

  My family and I stayed here for 12 days and we found everything exactly as advertised. The unit is without question closest to the beach ( with the exception of the oceanfront endcap units ), expertly appopinted and very clean. The Beach Villas sit between the new Disney Aulani resort and the enormous Marriott Beach Club. In addition to these two, the JW Marriott is also on the lagoons and all are accessible via the walking trails that connect each of the resorts in the master planned community. Easily the quietest of the 4 choices when staying at Ko Olina, you never feel isolated and can always access any of the other resorts for dining, shopping or just walking around. The lagoons are perfect for families with smaller children and there are watersport rentals for use throughout the day, although the unit comes with a few items that you can drag down yourself - chairs, a couple of snorkle sets, beach toys. The staff was always very pleasant throughout and Suzie was a tremendous help when it came to booking, immediately addressing each and every question we had. The only downsides I could see were few and far between, one being that the onsite bar overlooking the lagoon closed at 7:30 - wish it had stayed open longer. The spas at the pool are still inoperable and there's not a TV in the 3rd bedroom - this should be remedied. The AC really isn't all that effective, although the temperatures are generally so mild with a light breeze so it's fine. All in all, these things almost seem like nitpicking because it is such a perfect place for a family to stay. We would not hesitate to book the exact same unit again.

  We made a spur of the moment family trip to Oahu and were delighted we found this unit. We had looked at staying other places on Oahu, including the Disney Aulani resort but this offered most of the same experience with all the comfort and convenience of a well furnished unit with beautiful ocean views. Everyone had their own bedroom en suite, which was very convenient and the layout of the unit gave us great privacy both within the unit and from neighbors. Susie was very nice to work with and one big plus with this unit is that it did include full use of the workout facility-apparently there is some sort of management dispute and many of the other units do not include this, so pls be aware. Before you rush off to purchase beach toys, etc be sure to check the unit as it is very well supplied. We would also recommend this as it is in Beach Tower, which is definitely much closer to the lagoon and water. The staff at KoOlina were also very pleasant and friendly-there were some ongoing challenges with the outdoor barbeque units(electric starters not functioning well and the barbeques are not well placed considering the considerable winds that can come up in the evening) but the folks were always very responsive. We definitely plan to return to Oahu and to rent this unit again.

  What a great place for kids! This was perfect for our family of four to go with my parents. The grandparents had their own suite and we had ours and the kids had their own room and bathroom. The balcony was amazing to open all the doors and have breakfast while looking out at the sea. We saw some dolphins and whales playing in the distance so bring binoculars. We took a walk along the boardwalk every morning. The sand bottom pool was a big hit for our 3 year old and our older son took the car and went sightseeing. The lagoons are absolutely perfect for playing in the water without having to worry about big surf. Saw fish and turtles while snorkleing. We used the barbecues for a couple of our dinners. Costco is just a few miles away along with Target and several other stores so we just stocked up the first day and we were set! The condo had everything we needed. It was very clean and the kitchen was top notch! We are planning to come back with another set of grandparents in 2013.

  We fell in love with this condo immediately upon our arrival. Gabriella was soooooo helpful about shopping near by, friendly, and answered any questions that we had regarding the condo. She explained every little detail about the home and told us to call her at anytime with any questions that may have come up. We loved the three lagoons and being at the beach was wonderful for the kids. The condo premises were immaculate throughout our stay and the people very friendly. I expected noise from the neighbours but was pleasantly suprised when there was none. We had 2 families of 4 each and there was lots of space to spread out. The open deck concept was by far my favorite. I would sit out there in the morning with my coffee and watch the beach and condo complex wake to a new day; it was so peaceful. At night we would sit on the deck and enjoy a glass of wine and enjoy the scenery. The condo itself was immaculate, spotless, all the essentials of home, and state of the art everything. The flow of the condo worked well with two families and we never felt crowded. Would I return here if we planned another trip to Oahu....Absolutely. I've already told the owner we plan on returning in the winter of 2014 and we will definately book this home for our home away from home. P.S. It does't hurt having the Disney resort as your neighbour either. We had a great breakfast with Mickey and Minney...our kids are still talking about the trip, when we can go back and stay in our new house...Hahaha! Daphne

  Our family included two boys ages 11 and 14, two in our 40's and two grandparents. This villa was the perfect fit for everyone. The boys had their own room with twin beds and a bathroom that was self-contained. It was like their own mini-apartment. They enjoyed the beach toys, chairs and mats that had been left by previous guests while swimming in the lagoon. Plus there were floaties and noodles for in the pool. We were glad we brought our snorkel gear as the fish and turtles were active everyday we swam. My husband and I loved being able to watch the boys in the pool from the lania and also enjoyed the poolside bar where the staff was extremely friendly. My husband and I took the smallest bed bath combo but it was still more than adequate and this allowed my parents to have the master which was once again like a mini apartment. When they needed a break from the kids they could retire to their room and watch tv or just enjoy the view off their private lanai. We cooked most of our meals in utilizing both the poolside grills and the wonderful oven and stove. I would suggest checking out what is in the villa before doing your grocery shopping. I know we left groceries behind and we enjoyed things others had left before us. There is a Safeway not too far away which worked best for us. The unit is on the end of the tower nearset the ocean giving you wonderful views and because of how it's situatied you do not get the hot afternoon sun allowing you to use the lanai all day. The golf course is wonderful and family friendly, there are several restaurants in the complex and the Ko Olina Ocean Adventures catamaran tour out of the marina was wonderful. We visited Two Sccops ice cream shop several times and the Village Market was great for those last minutes items you needed. There are wonderful walking trails that my parents especially enjoyed with views of the ocean the entire time. It is also easy to get to other places on the island with a quick entrance to the highway. It was the prefect place for our mixed generations family and we would visit again in a heartbeat.

  I wanted to give my growing family an incredible memory to treasure as a legacy. Staying at this condo exceeded our expectations. I had 6 adults and 2 grandbabies. Everything was absolutely wonderful. The kitchen was premier. We all enjoyed the view of the pool, lagoon, and the ocean from the lanai. We had hot domino games in the lanai while we enjoyed the magnificent sunset. There was a wading pool with pebbles for the grandchildren and a koi pool. Everyone had their own space. My family did not want to leave and wanted to know when we could return. I believe that says it all!! The owner and cleaning services were a joy to work with regarding making the arrangements. I highly recommend staying at this condo.

  I would hightly recommend the KoOlina Beach Villas, and in particular this condo. The villa was beautiful, very clean, and well equiped meeting all of our needs. As a family of 8 (6 adults and 2 children) we found the condo to be spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The area is quiet and relaxing, yet close enough to all the activities on the island. Checking in and out was very easy and Susie was great to work with, always answering my many questions in a timely fashion. We all loved the pools and lagoons for swimming. I would not hesitate for a minute to stay again at this condo and would certainly recommend this to friends and family.

  We loved our 2 week stay at Ko Olina Beach Villas. Susie's unit was a perfect fit for us. We loved how the lanai overlooked the pool area. Villa was beautiful, very clean. Check in was smooth as can be. Kids really enjoyed the pool area. We never had to worry about finding a chair at the pool. Bar served great drinks and bartenders were super friendly. The lagoons and beach were just beautiful. It was so nice to have a peaceful villa to return to after a day at the very busy Waikiki. We would stay in this unit again in a heartbeat.
