A beautiful and historic "Arts & Crafts" cottage near the Georgian coastal town of Lymington. Reputedly designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens in 1908, and completely restored with traditional materials.

Kings Huts is in a wonderful location beside Upper Pennington Common. Close to Lymington and the coast but also within the New Forest National Park. In a group of six semi-detached cottages arranged around lovely sunny yew-hedged gardens. The cottages are included on the official list of "Treasures of Hampshire".

Inside this cosy cottage antique furniture is combined with modern creature comforts, including heating in the quarry-tile floors of the bathroom and rear lobby, and central heating, to supplement the open fires in the lounge and dining room. The detached garage was converted to provide a large and bright hobbies/games room, with its own WC. We try to provide everything you need to get your stay of to an easy start. Your beds are made ready with Egyptian-cotton linen, and tea, coffee, and cake ensure that you can relax as soon as you arrive.
