Photo 1 - Ennis Vacation Log Home Near Madison River LOCATION: This is a lovely new log home, built 2007, situated in the Madison Valley. This out of town home is located about 3 miles from downtown Ennis. The Madison River is about 2 miles away. The restored Ghost Towns of Virginia City and Nevada City are about 30 minutes away. This home is very easy year round access. It is situated just a short distance off of Rt 287 (paved). Yellowstone National Park is about 70 miles away. LOG HOME DESCRIPTION: Built 2007, this home is truly the Montana Feel. 3300 +- square feet home has a Great Room, Kitchen, three bedrooms, open loft, bonus room over garage accessible from the second floor, large finished basement, two car attached garage, deck and front porch. A huge stone fireplace is centered in the great room. Cathedral cedar ceiling with sky lighting and round timbers reach about 20 feet to the peak in the Great Room. Furnishings include a TV with DVD player, and a sofa love seat and overstuffed chair. The dining table seats 6 with extra folding chairs available. The kitchen island is also set up with 4 bar stools. The gourmet kitchen has corian countertops, island, and all stainless steel appliances. Pots, pans, dinnerware, and flatware are provided. Slate flooring in the kitchen leads down the hall to the 1/2 bath and the laundry room. Washer and Dryer are provided. The laundry room has a door out to the garage. The Master Suite opens off of the kitchen. It has a walk in closet and full bath with tub/shower. A queen size bed sleeps two. Quality linens, pillows, and blankets are provided for all beds. The log staircase leads upstairs to an open loft, 2 bedrooms, bonus room, and full bathroom. The two bedrooms each have a double bed which sleep 2, the bonus room has a queen size bed, sleeping 2. Also the second floor has a full bath with tub/shower and a linen closet. The finished basement has a wood burner and carpeting. Sleeping provisions include and a fold out futon which sleeps 2. Also tow single beds each sleeping one, are in the game room. A back deck and a covered front porch round out this one of a kind rental. Lawn chairs are available for our guests' use. So if you would like to just stay for a few days or stay a few weeks, we would love to have you.
