We came April 2011 for an annual girls trip. This is a very nice and comfortable condo. So close to everything!! Right across the street from Big Kahunas and next door to Mellow Mushroom (great pizza place). You are also within about 5 minutes (depending on traffic) to anything in the heart of Destin! It was also very convienent to have the tiki bar beside the pool and the deli inside. Views from the entrance and balcony are both amazing and breath taking! Sig was very helpful and accomadating to us. He even met us for an early check in the day we arrived. We were very excited to get the vacation started. The beds have memory foam mattress toppers, very comfy! We cant wait to come back again next year!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The owner was very nice and accommodating! Has all the little extras in the condo like beach chairs, toys, etc. The condo was nice and clean. The view was awesome! From the balcony we could see the beach, the pools, the water park across the street, and the lights of Destin at night. Located right in the middle of everything you need or want. Would love to stay here again!

Excellent view of the beach during the day and a wonderful view of Destin at night. Plenty of towels to use and even bath robes! A marvelous set of cookware and dinnerware. The indoor/outdoor pool, dry sauna, steam room and work out area was a great addition to our vacation. The owner (Sig) was fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. He even met us there and helped us get settled. We will definitely be staying here next time we're in Destin!! Thank you Sig!!
