This charming cottage is located in the Hot Springs Historic District, just minutes from Bathhouse Row and all the wonderful attractions that await visitors to Hot Springs! While centrally located, the setting is peaceful and quiet -- directly across the street from Hot Springs National Park!
The cottage is fully updated and features an open kitchen/dining/living design. It has been comfortably furnished and tastefully appointed with art and decor from world travels. There are two bedrooms (one with king bed the other with queen bed) and one full bath. Guests will enjoy the delightful covered front porch with Adirondack chairs, perfect for enjoying the peaceful setting.
Hot Springs is the only American city nestled within a National Park and takes its name from the natural thermal waters that flow from 47 springs on the western slope of Hot Springs Mountain in the historic downtown district. It is known as America’s First Resort and is the boyhood home of President Bill Clinton. It is rated number four of the “Best Small Art Towns in America”. We often think of Hot Springs as the land of 10,000 things to do. In addition, it is just 40 minutes from Little Rock and the airport!
The City has been a tourist mecca for generations and boasts, in addition to the thermal waters of the springs, great restaurants, live music/concerts/theater, art galleries and events, botanical gardens, horse racing at Oaklawn, family fun at Magic Springs and Crystal Falls, antiqueing, riverboat cruises and lots of shopping!
