Location: Fairplay, South Central, Colorado, USA (35 Min. to Breckenridge, 2 Hours from Denver International)

Accommodations:  House, 4 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 5 Baths (Sleeps 10-12)

This is a beautiful home located in the Colorado Mountains. Its a 4 bedroom 5 bath home. Every room could be a master room and each has its own private bathroom and own private balcony. One of the rooms is handicapped accessible with roll-in shower, grab bars and adjustable bed. The views are breathtaking from our two large decks and four balconies.

The house has three levels:
First level includes: Pool table, Ping Pong table, card table, 65 inch TV, DVD player, Stereo System, workout gym with small TV, one bathroom, three sofas-one is a pull-out and large deck.
Second level-Main level includes: Kitchen, two refrigerators, Living Room, Dining Room, Stereo System, Fire place, Handicapped accessible room, one bathroom, laundry room, large deck with large table and grill.
Third level includes: three bedrooms. Each has its own private bath and private balcony. The landing area is a seating area during the day and has two single bed in the daybed for use at night.

There are two driveways from the main road to the house and plenty of parking. There is a garage-however cars can not park in the garage.
2 wheel drive cars can drive up the mountain during Summer, however, 4 x 4 is recommended to go on easy off road trails. 4 x 4 cars a must have during Winter. Ten minutes of the drive will be on wide unpaved road. Roads are snow cleared by County.

Because of our current economy we have lowered our rates:
The nightly rate is $260 per night
The nightly rate is $220 per night for seven or more nights stay.
The cleaning fee is included on the nightly rate.

We ask our guest to conserve on electric and gas consumption while staying with us. Thank you.

  • my wife and i rent homes aboout three times a year and this has been one of the nicest. the house is well maintained and has a variety of activities in and close by. you can fill the house with music with the multiple bose systems while preparing your favorite meal in the well stocked kitchen, play pool, relax on the deck or keep up with your workout routine. alex was very accomodating to our needs and made sure our stay was flawless. thanks alex

  • My family and I all went up for a little getaway this past weekend. My Mom is in a wheelchair so it was important to find a place where she could get around. She had a little trouble in the bathroom (no hand rails) but overall it was great for her! We really enjoyed our stay! The house was great! It was even better than we expected! So big and cozy! The view was beautiful! We loved just sitting on the deck and soaking it in! Carlos & Alex were so helpful and nice! We had a wonderful time!!! Hoping to come back next year!!! THANK YOU!:)

Everything, from the clean, well-furnished and stocked house, plentiful entertainment and hang-out spaces, magnificent views and mountain peacefulness, to doing business with the owners, was 5-star. We would definitely recommend this delightful retreat spot and hope to visit again in the future.

  • This is an awesome place to unwind for a few days. We had a large group and we had plenty of room to be together or to have our own space. The views were great, we loved the pool table and the unique decor and furnishings. We all wished we could have stayed longer.

  • What a beautiful house and spectacular vistas! The home is not only large but very comfortable with more than enough room for our family of eight. We stayed for almost three week but with the very spacious decks, a large living room, good sized bedrooms, numerous bathrooms and a nice recreational room, we all felt comfortable and at home. In addition, the pricing was excellent. We are already thinking about next year.

  • I searched long and hard for a home to accommodate our large group for the right price and this was it! Both the home and location are beautiful. Between the pool table, hot tub and the natural surrounding we could have stayed at the cabin our entire trip with no complaints. This has everything you could ever need away from home and probably more! The house alone was amazing but the decor makes it that much better - very, very impressive. Aside from the home, the owners were very helpful from setting up the reservations to the beginning of our stay. I called with questions a few times and they answered each call - I never had to wait for a call back. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway.
