It has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and walk in closet, the other with two twin beds and closet. It also has a pull out sofa bed in the living room. Spend more time relaxing at home by utilizing the washer, dryer and fully equipped kitchen. You can take in the views of the Gulf and the Bay from the screened patios on each end of the unit.

Why the Owner Chose Bradenton Beach
Our dad started bringing us to this part of Florida in the 60's when we were all little. It has been our favorite part of Florida ever since then. We have visited all over Florida, but nothing seems like home the way Anna Maria Island does.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Bradenton Beach, on Anna Maria Island, is as much like old Florida as you will find. No high rises, laid back beaches, great fishing anywhere you wet your line. Kayak the bay and touch the manatees, dolphins come right up underneath you. I take the kayak into the gulf to fish for tarpon not far off the beach. We love it here.

I've been vacationing at Pelican Cove since my daughter was 2 years old. My daughter is now 24yrs. old and still looks forward to our vacation time together. For us , it meets everyone's desires. We enjoy boating and the convenience of looking out of your balcony and seeing your boat docked just a few feet away. The family enjoys the beautiful crystal clear beach, the pool and jacuzzi. Fishing is great! And for the shoppers, there's an outlet mall near by. Also many restaurants within walking distance and the condos are well maintained!! I recommend Pelican Cove highly and look forward to our stay each year! Sincerely, Sonia
