Bahr Harbor Lakefront Resort, located on beautiful Houghton Lake offers great family fun on over 300 ft. of lakefront. The property has open areas for volleyball, soccer, baseball, horse shoes, a sand box, etc. A 100 foot cedar dock extends out into the lake. The lake has a sandy bottom and the depth increases gradually in front of the property - no drop offs - so it is safe and fun for young children to play and swim. The lake is also great for water skiing, tubing and fishing. The property has two fire pits for night time bon fires and smore making! This is a great location for your "vacation together with friends" or your family reunion!
Each cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, an eight foot picture window facing the lake, a picnic table, and swings. Also available upon request is a 14 foot aluminum fishing boat.
Located near several great Michigan golf courses such as The Quest, The Dream and the local Pines View, and near conoe livery locations for the Au Sable, Manistee and Muskegon rivers, this area of Houghton Lake offers many opportunities for enjoyment. Also, exploring the sand dunes and Mackinac Island are easy day trips.
