Best location in Waterville Valley! Snow's Brook runs directly behind this townhouse, and the view from the deck is peaceful. Great walking trail into the center of town - 5 minutes to shopping, restaurants, grocery store, and fire works.
Plenty of storage space for skateboards, inner tubes, bikes (outside covered area), etc. Full access to White Mountain Athletic Center (a small daily fee applies), spectacular clay tennis courts (additional fee), newly redesigned golf course (additional fee), and miles of biking and walking trails. Great tubing access on the Mad River, picnic areas, and trail heads through the White Mountains. Excellent activities for the kids, for outdoor hikers and bikers, and for those looking for long walks with gorgeous mountain views.
